I agree with your outlook and it depends. Just one question, when you lease out your SPS, do you still get the staking rewards? I don't remember where I read it, but I heard that you might not. I also recall hearing that the delegations don't automatically cancel, but maybe they did fix that.

You do get staking rewards, Also your voting governance power remain equivalent of your staked power, whether you delegate or not.
