RE: Splinterlands Recent and Interesting News: Custom Challenges, New Contests Rules, Inleo Partnership (ENG/ITA)

I didn't know about the new rule changes to contests, but I think it's a reasonable decision. I haven't powered down at all so I think that I should fit the criteria still without any issues.
