It was a rather busy week in crypto. Hacks, exploits, price dumps... We seen it all but, instead of looking at the charts let's have a look at what events took place in the past 7 days in our beloved industry.

Ragnarok Airdrop Confirmed For 4/20

4/20/22 is the date when your Ragnarok NFTs will become claimable. The Ragnarok team shared more info in this post and here is a quick rundown:

You will claim from the same website and in the same way as you claim your Laraynx Tokens for the SPK Network https://spk.dlux.io/

With these tokens, you will be able to claim the Ragnarok NFTs when they launch.

You will be able to trade these tokens and transfer them to another Hive account.

You will get 1 to 1 RCTs for your Hive/HP balance via the Jan 6th snapshot for the SPK Network.

There are 3.3 million total NFTs, with about 371 million Hive at the time of the snapshot, so it will take around 112 RCTs to claim one Ragnarok NFT. The exact numbers will be posted during the claim announcement.

There is a one-time claim with your Hive account (same process as with the Laranyx Token) using your preferred method (Keychain, etc.) within a 3-month window.

DeFi Algo Stablecoin Exploited For $180M

After Luna's sucess many projects have tried to replicate their algo stablecoin model but the latest iteration labeled Beanstalk got obliterated fairly quickly. According to PeckShield ~$182m was stolen from the protocol.

Coinbase Insider Trading Exposed

A number of big twitter accounts have mentioned a potential insider trader at Coinbase. The wallet in question is constantly making profits by purhcasing coins that get listed a few days after the trade is made increasing their holdings with every trade. Probably the only person outperforming Nancy Pelosi right now.

YouTuber Ben Phillips Exposed For Pumping and Dumping SafeMoon

Popular crypto detective Cofeezilla has dived into the trades of a fellow YouTuber Ben Phillips that allegedly made $12M in the process by pumping and dumping SafeMoon consistently.

The video explains how the whole ordeal works so if you have 9 minutes to spare I recommend gving it a watch.

First Tweet NFT Fails To Sell After Being Purchased For $2.9M Last Year

Remember when you coulld buy Tweets with ETH? Yeah, me neither...

A long forgotten feature on Twitter has convinced a very confident investor that this is the future of collectibles and spending almost 3 million USD on the first ever Tweet would be their best idea yet.

A year later the Tweet was put up for sale with a price tag of $48M but so far the highest bid received is sitting at $29k or about 10 ETH.

HiveLand Launched Yesterday On Hive

Let's finish this update with a piece of good news. HiveLand has launched yesterday and while I'm still not sure what is the end-goal of this project so far it seems like a price tracker for Hive-based tokens.

It's nothing too fancy but worth checking out for sure.
