This Splinterlands open tournament is the biggest tournament the game will be doing this year 2024 and it allows all players to play with a complete set of max-level cards. This tournament is capped at the Diamond League. Allowing all players to join in this tournament with a complete set of max-level cards is a great move by the game because it creates an equal opportunity between small players vs whales who could have their own max set of cards.

The 6th-anniversary tournament requires identity verification (KYC) to participate. This is also required to maintain the integrity of the tournament to block those players who have multiple accounts.
