The best battle with the Splinter of Earth
Welcome everyone, three days ago the exciting Splinterlands social media challenge started and, during this week, I have dedicated myself to compile the best battles in which I have participated. Therefore, I decided to join the challenge by sharing one of the highlights, in which I used the Earth splinter.
In this battle, the mana limit is 15 and the available Splinters are four: Fire, Water, Earth and Life. Among all these options, I opted for the Earth-type splinter, designing a specific strategy that I thought was ideal for this confrontation. The special rule governing this battle is as follows:
Bienvenidos a todos, hace tres días comenzó el emocionante desafío de redes sociales de Splinterlands y, durante esta semana, me he dedicado a recopilar las mejores batallas en las que he participado. Por ello, decidí unirme al desafío compartiendo una de las más destacadas, en la que utilicé el splinter de Tierra.
En esta batalla, el límite de maná es de 15 y los Splinters disponibles son cuatro: Fuego, Agua, Tierra y Vida. Entre todas estas opciones, opté por el splinter de tipo Tierra, diseñando una estrategia específica que creí ideal para este enfrentamiento. La regla especial que rige esta batalla es la siguiente:
Up Close & Personal
- You can only summon units with melee attacks.
- Solo puedes invocar unidades con ataques cuerpo a cuerpo.
Summoner
Mylor Crowling
As a summoner use Mylor Crowling, this is a summoner that has a mana cost of three, the ability of this card is to give all companions the Thorns specialty, it returns 2 points of physical damage to the attacker when hit by a melee attack.
Como invocador use a Mylor Crowling, este es una invocador que tiene un coste de mana de tres, la habilidad de esta carta es de dar a todo los compañeros la especialidad de Thorns, devuelve 2 puntos de daño físico al atacante cuando es golpeado por un ataque cuerpo a cuerpo.

Halfling Refugee
In the first place and as the tank I placed this card called Halfling Refugee, this is one of the cheapest cards with one point of mana and has great features has two melee attack, three speed and has six points of life, has an ability called Weary.
En el primer puesto y como el tanque coloque esta carta llamada Halfling Refugee, esta es una de la cartas mas barata con un punto de mana y posee grandes caracteristica tiene dos ataque cuerpo a cuerpo, tres de velocidad y tiene seis puntos de vida, posee una habilidad llamada Weary.

Hill Giant
In the second place, I have chosen the card called Hill Giant. Although it does not stand out for its features, this card is simple and inexpensive, costing only three mana points. It has a melee attack, speed and six health points.
En el segundo lugar, he elegido la carta llamada Hill Giant. Aunque no destaca por sus características, esta carta es sencilla y económica, con un costo de solo tres puntos de maná. Posee un ataque cuerpo a cuerpo, una velocidad y seis puntos de vida.

Mycelic Infantry
In the third poss select a card called Mycelic Infantry, it costs eight points of mana has three melee attack and has one of speed also has seven points of life plus shield, the ability is called Shield, reduced damage from melee and ranged attacks.
En la tercera posicion seleccione una carta llamada Mycelic Infantry, cuesta ocho puntos de maná tiene tres de ataque cuerpo a cuerpo y tiene uno de velocidad además posee siete puntos de vida más escudo, la habilidad se llama Shield, daño reducido de ataques cuerpo a cuerpo y a distancia.

Fungus Fiend
In the fourth position I chose a legendary card called Fungus Fiend, which I especially appreciate because it has no mana cost. This card has two life points, a melee attack, and a speed point. It has no special abilities though.
En la cuarta posición elegí una carta legendaria llamada Fungus Fiend, la cual aprecio especialmente debido a que no tiene costo de maná. Esta carta cuenta con dos puntos de vida, un ataque cuerpo a cuerpo y un punto de velocidad. Aunque no dispone de habilidades especiales.
THE BATTLE
The enemy selected the Water Splinter with very powerful cards for the amount of mana that could be used in this battle.
El enemigo selecciono el Splinter de Agua con unas cartas muy poderosas por la cantidad de mana que se podia utilizar en esta batalla.
CONCLUSION
At the start of this exciting battle, I set up a strategic formation, placing each monster in its proper position with a 15 mana limit. I selected the Earth-type summoner Mylor Crowling and opted to first position a card with a large amount of life to resist enemy attacks and start eliminating their cards. The rest of the cards I was also placing cards with a lot of life and melee attacks because of the rule that this battle had. Finally, in Round 4, I managed to get the victory, which allowed me to add 20 points in the ranking. If you want to see the replay of the battle, here is the link to watch it again:
Al inicio de esta emocionante batalla, preparé una formación estratégica, ubicando cada monstruo en su posición adecuada con un límite de 15 de maná. Seleccioné al invocador de tipo Tierra Mylor Crowling y opté por posicionar primero una carta con una gran cantidad de vida para resistir los ataques enemigos y comenzar a eliminar sus cartas. El resto de las cartas tambien fui colocando cartas con gran cantidad de vidas y con ataques cuerpo a cuerpo por la regla que poseia esta batalla.
