Muy buenas a todos los jugadores de @splinterlands esta es mi segunda participación en el evento semanal de Splinterlands Art Contest Week 240!

En esta ocasión me llamo bastante la atención esta carta nueva llamada

, así que me anime a intentar hacer un dibujo de dicha muñeca

This time I was very interested in this new card called POSSESSED PUPPET, so I decided to try to make a drawing of this doll.

Para ello elabore un boceto sobre hoja, ciñiendome de la imagen de la carta y añadiendo algunos toques diversos para que se vea algo llamativa, pero respetando en lo posible el arte de la carta

For this I made a sketch on a sheet of paper, sticking to the image of the letter and adding some touches to make it look a bit flashy, but respecting as much as possible the art of the letter.

Luego de terminar el boceto, procedo a escanearlo y delinearlo con el Paint Tool Sai

Así que añado la paleta de color de una forma similar a la carta.

Al comienzo duda de que ella tuviera el traje totalmente oscuro, así que modifique las mangas de la camisa a otro tono distinto y así añadir un poco de variedad al diseño.

After finishing the sketch, I proceed to scan it and outline it with the Paint Tool Sai

So I add the color palette in a similar way to the chart.

At first I was hesitant to have her suit completely dark, so I modified the sleeves of the shirt to a different shade to add a little variety to the design.

DIGITALIZE

Creo que elaborar la mascara fue lo que mas me llevo complicaciones, ya que estoy es acostumbrado a usar lineas solidas de rellenado de color, que el aerografo (motivo obvio,yo dibujo y coloreo en ratón con Pc), pero fue un proceso interesante de aprender.

honestamente es la primer vez que coloreo sangre, asi que no se si quede muy realista, pero bueno, el dibujo y coloreado de esta muñeca demoníaca, me ayudo a curiosear mas métodos y aplicarlos.

think that making the mask was what took me more complications, since I'm used to use solid lines to fill the color, than using the airbrush (the reason is obvious, I draw and color on mouse with Pc), but it was an interesting process to learn.

Honestly, it's the first time I color blood, so I don't know if it's very realistic, but well, the drawing and coloring of this demonic doll, helped me to learn more methods and to apply them.

Hice una leve modificación de color para que el rostro demoníaco se pueda apreciar de mejor forma, ya que al ser oscuro se pierde detalle.

el color del cabello también sufrió un leve cambio, pero ayuda a resaltar el conjunto de que es una muñeca , asi como el listón de la cintura a un tono mas colorido para centrar su atención:

así el usuario vera las (piernas, luego el listón de cintura y subirá hasta el rostro)

Puede que esa ligera variación le de 3 puntos de enfoque.

I made a slight color modification so that the demonic face can be appreciated in a better way, since being dark it loses detail.

The hair color also suffered a slight change, but it helps to highlight the whole that is a doll, as well as the waist ribbon to a more colorful tone to focus your attention:

So the user will see the (legs, then the waist ribbon and go up to the face).
This slight variation adds 3 points of focus.

Añado: el color original (de la referencia son muy oscuros) y al pasarlos a un plano mas 3 dimensional, puede que se pierda potencial al dejar al personaje en un solo tono.

Conclusión:
Ambas versiones me gustan bastante, claramente intente respetar el diseño lo mas posible, añadiendo algunos toques, pero fue un proceso donde lo mas importante (es aprender y sentirse comodo con el resultado).

Y si, soy una persona muy indecisa, ja, ja, ja, ya parezco jugador de (street fighters haciendo una paleta de color distinta en mugen para tener 12 distintas variaciones), XD

I like both versions quite a lot, clearly I tried to respect the design as much as possible, adding some touches, but it was a process where the most important thing (is to learn and feel comfortable with the result).
