Saludos a todos , hoy estoy muy feliz de presentarles un nuevo amigurumi para participar en el Splinterlands Art Contest Week 252, este ha sido un trabajo arduo pero me satisface mucho el resultado, escogí el personaje de la carta llamado Ice Pixie, la cual es una duendecilla de hielo que emergió de las grietas del infierno helado de Azmaré donde estuvo congelada hace mucho tiempo, me parece un personaje estéticamente muy lindo, además que juega con los niños a la velocidad de la luz causando desequilibrios en la naturaleza. Al ver la carta inmediatamente imaginé como seria una versión amigurumi y resultó tal como lo había hecho en mi mente. Espero les guste.

Greetings everyone, today I am very happy to present you a new amigurumi to participate in the Splinterlands Art Contest Week 252, this has been hard work but I am very satisfied with the result, I chose the character on the card called Ice Pixie, which is a ice sprite that emerged from the cracks of Azmaré's icy hell where it was frozen a long time ago, I find it an aesthetically very cute character, in addition to playing with children at the speed of light causing imbalances in nature. When I saw the letter I immediately imagined what an amigurumi version would be like and it turned out just as I had in my mind. I hope you like it.

Proceso/ Process

Para este amigurumi usé hilo acrílico de los colores correspondientes a la figura, ganchillo de 1.25mm, relleno de fibra antialérgica y alambre de cobre para la estructura interna. Comencé desde la piernas hasta la cabeza, haciendo 5 cadenas de base para hacer el óvalo para la planta del zapato con hilo azul marino, cuando llegué al nivel del tobillo hice aumentos para la pantorrilla, luego cambié a hilo beige claro, luego cambié a hilo azul rey, hice disminuciones para las rodillas y luego aumenté para los muslos, las terminar ambas piernas las uní por dos cadenas hice aumentos para los glúteos, aparte hice es especie de cola del traje con hilo azul índigo y continué uniendo ambas partes con puntos bajos hasta llegar a la cintura.

For this amigurumi I used acrylic yarn in the colors corresponding to the figure, 1.25mm crochet hook, antiallergic fiber filler and copper wire for the internal structure. I started from the legs to the head, making 5 base chains to make the oval for the bottom of the shoe with navy yarn, when I got to ankle level I made calf raises, then I changed to light beige yarn, then I changed to yarn royal blue, I made decreases for the knees and then I increased for the thighs, I finished both legs together by two chains I made increases for the buttocks, apart I made a kind of tail of the suit with indigo blue thread and I continued joining both parts with low stitches up to the waist.

Al llegar a la cintura hice disminuciones para crear el cinturón amarillo, luego retomé el hilo azul índigo y continué con el torso, algo que me gustó mucho fue hacer aumentos y luego disminuciones en la parte del frente para crear la forma de los senos. Al llegar a la altura de las axilas, tomé el hilo blanco y aparte realicé ambos brazos, comenzando por los dedos de forma separada y luego uniéndonos para crear la mano y seguir con el brazo. Al unir los brazos a ambos lados del torso, introduje el relleno y el alambre, seguí trabajando con el color azul solo en la parte de delante de la blusa o top mientras que el resto en color blanco, hice disminuciones para crear los hombros y el cuello de 8 puntadas de ancho.

When I got to the waist I decreased to create the yellow belt, then I went back to the indigo blue thread and continued with the torso, something I really liked was increasing and then decreasing at the front to create the shape of the breasts. Upon reaching the height of the armpits, I took the white thread and separately made both arms, starting with the fingers separately and then joining to create the hand and continue with the arm. By joining the arms on both sides of the torso, I introduced the padding and the wire, I continued working with the blue color only in the front part of the blouse or top while the rest in white, I made decreases to create the shoulders and the 8 stitch wide collar.

Hice aumentos con el hilo blanco para crear la cabeza, rellené y luego hice disminuciones para cerrar, a ambos lados de la cabeza hice orejas puntiagudas, en el centro con el mismo hilo acrílico blanco bordé la nariz, los ojos los bordé con azul turquesa. Para el collar usé el mismo hilo amarillo con que hice el cinturón.

I made increases with the white thread to create the head, I filled in and then I made decreases to close, on both sides of the head I made pointed ears, in the center with the same white acrylic thread I embroidered the nose, the eyes I embroidered with turquoise blue. For the necklace I used the same yellow thread with which I made the belt.

Para hacer el cabello usé hilo amarillo claro, hice como base 9 cadenas, hice cada hebra de cabello con cadenas y puntos deslizados sobre estas cadenas, haciendo de un lado dos cabellos por cadena es decir 18 mientras que del otro lado hice 4 cabellos por cada cadena, es decir 32 cabellos más . Los cosí a la cabeza y está es la parte que me tomó más tiempo porque debía ubicar con alfileres para cabello antes de coser. Las alas por otro lado fue la parte más divertida porque me encanta usar alambre por los bordes para que se mantenga la estructura y se puedan mover.

To make the hair I used light yellow yarn, I made 9 chains as a base, I made each strand of hair with chains and slipped stitches on these chains, making two hairs per chain on one side, that is, 18 while on the other side I made 4 hairs for each chain, that is to say 32 more hairs. I sewed them to the head and this is the part that took me the longest because I had to pin the hair before sewing. The wings on the other hand was the most fun part because I love to use wire around the edges so that the structure is maintained and it can be moved.

Algo que me gusta mucho de hacer amigurumis es que el limite solo existe en nuestra mente, es una técnica que permite hacer cualquier figura siempre que se tenga el interés y la paciencia para hacerlo, estoy muy satisfecha con el resultado 🥰 por favor deséenme suerte en el Concurso
