New to Hive. Created Inleo acct with Gmail, but can’t claim keys (submit button not working). Sent HIVE to Keychain, but swap asks for active key. Adding key shows “invalid.” Stuck—can’t claim keys or use wallet. Pls help.

Check your download folder, usually they are in a small text file.

I've tried other browsers as well, same issues. The submit button itself is working; the green button with text "I have downloaded my keys & ready to update keys" isn't working. Does it mean the keys aren't active without the confirmation?

Yeah make sure you get your keys first before doing anything else and then keep those in a very safe place.
I already have hive coins in my wallet, the keys I downloaded aren't working, maybe that because I haven't confirm it, the green button for confirmation is not working
