I normally do not like tower defense games because I already played a lot for years but this one as you said looks like a complete different experience. I can give a shot.

I'm glad to read this! Seriously, it's a good game and I'm sure you'll like it a lot!
(I also played several tower defense games and seriously, this is one, but it doesn't look like one!)
