Every Friday use to be health training in my office. But due to some stress i passed through since Monday visiting the sick, I did not make arrangements for training today so that I will have enough rest and also read some books. I had a good night sleep and decided to wake up late. I rested till 12Noon so i called Him so that we discuss on some matter arising in the family.

We came to agreement on what to do and we planned how next week will go because we are already on weekend. I asked him to direct me on some thread that i am finding difficult to do. I know i will get it soon. My learning ability is not as fast as it use to be. Lol, am sure you are not thinking is old age 😀lol.

I still remember when i was teaching Him how to read and write. Now technology has changed so many things especially this digital currency. Now He is the one teaching me how to transact in a digital way. I am learning so fast so that the world will not leave me behind. I see crypto as a moving vehicle and it will move and leave so many people behind. Before then am inside already like Noah inside the Ark.

The 6 Products belongs to Him Mr Bassey. It was prescribed base on his health challenge, Pain-V juice, Behar3 and Force4ds is for arthritis and pain. Dura-Vine is for diabetics, cough, immune booster. While Artplus is for the brain. He is now free from high blood pressure which was his first treatment. He is coming with His Son by 6:pm. I will wait for them in the office.

conclusion

Today was really great to me. I had enough rest. My body, brain is well relaxed. Right now i am energetic as a young person. Managing stress is the best way to regain lost strength and energy.
