Splinterlands Battle Challenge | THE TWO HIT DEFEAT
What's up, Guys! ign1te here again giving you Splinterlands Battle everyweek😃
For this week's battle, I'm using the Forgotten One a Fire Chaos Legion Epic card and I'm using here the Plado Emberstorm as a Summoner, I can't have a chance to make a battle using Cruel Sethropod.😞 I climb at Diamond league last time a played and I only rented the cards I used, I rented Fire, Earth, and Death element only. I can probably use water element using the started cards but in Diamond league, it's very hard to win using only starter cards. Luckily the rule of this battle gave me chance to use Forgotten One so I had to make an awesome battle with the Earthquake and Noxious Fumes rule😃
WHAT ARE THESE RULES (Earthquake, Noxious Fumes)?
EARTHQUAKE - Monsters without flying ability will be hit with 2 melee damage after every round ends. Snared monsters will take 2 melee damage from earthquakes per turn too.
NOXIOUS FUMES - All monsters start the game poisoned and will take 2 damage each turn unless cleansed. Big HP and cleanse are going to be your best bet here. However, there may be some cases where you ignore and go for a big offensive attack and wipe out your opponent before the poison becomes a factor.
ADVANTAGE & DISANVANTAGE
The advantage of the Forgotten one on these rules is the Noxious Fumes, Forgotten One has the ability of Immunity. But he has no Flying ability which is a huge disadvantage for him.
LORE
For an age the towering beast had slumbered in the bowels of the deepest caverns of fire, a weapon forged for a war lost to memory or myth.
Into an invocation drawn from a rotting manuscript the High Magus of the Crypteia poured all his malice and hate. Drawing the razored flint across his palm he sealed the pact, completing the summoning, calling forth the great flaming homunculus, the Forgotten One.
As the great beast crawled from the burning pit, the Magus bade it roam free and armed it with a broad blade twice as tall as any man. It dwells there now, birthing others of its kind and passing on the knowledge of their making, and serves at the pleasure of the Magus as a hand of Chaos.
STATS
ABILITIES
IMMUNITY
- This Monster is immune to negative status effects
RETALIATE
- When hit with a Melee attack, Monsters with Retaliate have a chance of attacking their attacker
PIERCING
- If Melee of Range attack damage is in excess of the target's Armor the remainder will damage the target's Health
Let's get ahead to the battle and learn some things about this Monster, well I called this battle " THE TWO HIT DEFEAT", watch how Forgotten One ended the battle with just 2 Hits.🤣
THE TWO HIT DEFEAT

MY CARDS LINEUP
Plado Emberstorm - Plado is a Beta Edition card, it is a Legendary Fire Summoner giving +1 Melee, +1 Speed to its Friendly Monsters and Reducing enemy Monsters Health for 1.
MONSTERS:
Frontline - Forgotten One
2nd Pos. - Magma Troll
3rd Pos. - Kobold Miner
Backlines - Spark Pixies and Scorch Fiend
BATTLE
ROUND 1 - 1st Attacker
Spark Pixies is the first to attack in this round, it dealt 0 damage to to enemy Unicorn Mustang because of its Shield Ability.
The reason I pick Spark Pixies is because of the Flying it has and Stun, but still can't last long in this kind of ruleset because it still affected by Poison. Also I'm wrong with that Spark Pixies don't even die!
ROUND 1 - 2nd Attacker
Enemy Unicorn Mustang is the 2nd attacker, dealt 4 damage to my Forgotten One's Armor. Unicorn Mustang is one of the best cards that I am also using because it has the Healing ability and Trample which is very powerful, partner him with Silvershield Bard make the team even stronger.
ROUND 1 - 3rd Attacker
The third attacker in this round was my Magma Troll and he missed its attack with Unicorn Mustang. Maybe because of the Flying ability or the Speed Unicorn has.
I love using Magma Troll everytime if the battle is low mana, and I really like the Affliction Ability, but sadly he missed the attack here and can't apply the Affliction with enemy Unicorn Mustang.
Affliction - When a Monster with Affliction hits a target, it has a chance of applying Affliction on the target causing it to be unable to be healed.
ROUND 1 - 4th Attacker
The 4th attacker is my Kobold Miner, he killed enemy Furious Chicken with 4 Melee attack, Kobold Miner is one of the best Sneak and low mana Monster, it's only 2 mana which is very suitable in 12 mana cap battle.
ROUND 1 - 5th Attacker
The fifth attacker in this round was enemy Kralus, dealt 1 Magic damage to my Forgotten One.
Kralus is a great option here, it has the Immunity and Flying ability which giving him huge advantage in the game and it has also the Healing ability. This Monster can be the last man standing here if ever, but sadly this Monster doesn't have the chance to use the abilities and advantages it has.
ROUND 1 - 6th Attacker
Here ya go, my Forgotten One attacked and dealt 7 Melee damage to enemy Unicorn Mustang!😲
ROUND 2 - Applying the Rules
My Scorch Fiend died
Enemy Silvershield Bard died
Continue the full battle here, Watch how Forgotten One retaliated and killed enemy Kralus with just 2 hits!
