My entry for Splinterlands Art Contest Week 369 | Lady Amara made with foami clay. (Tutorial) [ENG] [ESP]

Hello!! HiveDiy family, lovers of art and handmade crafts. Today I will teach you how to make Princess Lady Amara from the @splinterlands saga using moldable foam (foam clay). I hope you like the creation, the entire community in general, and I am super happy to present my experience with this flexible material. Join me! 🤗

Next I will show you step by step the realization of my work. To start with, I will mention all the materials used:

What is the play-to-earn game Splinterlands?

It is a blockchain-based collectible card game (Play-to-Earn/P2E) where players can earn cryptocurrency and token rewards while playing.

If you enjoy card games and cryptocurrencies, "Splinterlands" is a great way to earn while having fun. Personally, I enjoy it even more by creating custom artwork of the card characters.

Es un juego de cartas coleccionables blockchain del tipo Play-to-Earn (P2E), donde los jugadores pueden ganar recompensas en criptomonedas y tokens mientras juegan.

Si te gustan los juegos de cartas y las criptomonedas, "Splinterlands" es una buena opción para ganar mientras te diviertes. Por mi parte lo disfruto más creando arte personalizado de los personajes de cartas.

In the Kingdom of Thanaloria, where towers rose like curling branches above sun-dappled groves and magic lingered in the air like birdsong, there lived a young high-elven princess named Lady Amara. A daughter of House Morth’lana, she was raised among scholars, spellbooks, and royal decrees. Her beauty was spoken of across the land, but it was her kindness that captured hearts.

She might have lived her days in marble courtyards and quiet libraries, as most highborn elves do. But Lady Amara dreamed of the world beyond. Her tutors sought to anchor her with lessons. Her mother offered noble suitors. Her father gifted her a palace falcon. It changed nothing. One morning, she packed her books, donned her traveling cloak, and left Thanaloria behind.

In the satchel at her side rode Mimble, an awakened dormouse fond of raspberry pastries and firm in his opinions on spell technique. He had once dwelled in the library walls and claimed to have read more Thanalorian grimoires than most professors. Lady Amara never questioned him.

Not long after crossing the border, they heard whispers of a cruel and cunning sorceress known to the villagers as the Stillheart Queen. She cast a shadow over the Blackmoor Basin, stealing loved ones from hamlets and farms, spiriting them away to a ruined castle hidden deep within the woods. None who dared enter it returned.

En el Reino de Thanaloria, donde las torres se alzaban como ramas serpenteantes sobre arboledas moteadas por el sol y la magia permanecía en el aire como el canto de los pájaros, vivía una joven princesa de los altos elfos llamada Lady Amara. Hija de la Casa Morth'lana, fue criada entre eruditos, libros de hechizos y decretos reales. Su belleza era conocida en toda la tierra, pero era su bondad la que capturaba los corazones.

Podría haber vivido sus días en patios de mármol y bibliotecas silenciosas, como la mayoría de los elfos de alta cuna. Pero Lady Amara soñaba con el mundo más allá. Sus tutores intentaban anclarla con lecciones. Su madre le ofrecía pretendientes nobles. Su padre le regaló un halcón palaciego. Nada cambió. Una mañana, empacó sus libros, se puso su capa de viaje y dejó Thanaloria atrás.

En la alforja a su costado viajaba Mimble, un lirón consciente aficionado a los pasteles de frambuesa y firme en sus opiniones sobre técnicas de hechizos. Una vez habitó en los muros de la biblioteca y afirmaba haber leído más grimorios Thanalorianos que la mayoría de los profesores. Lady Amara nunca lo cuestionaba.

Poco después de cruzar la frontera, oyeron rumores de una bruja cruel y astuta conocida por los aldeanos como la Reina Corazón Quieto. Ella proyectaba una sombra sobre la Cuenca de Blackmoor, robando seres queridos de aldeas y granjas, llevándoselos a un castillo en ruinas escondido en lo profundo del bosque. Nadie que se atreviera a entrar en él regresaba.

In the initial phase, I start by taking a portion of clay in beige color for the development of the body in the creature. Then, with his hands he molded them into a ball shape, giving them a curious finish.

En la fase inicial, comienzo tomando una porción de arcilla en color beige para el desarrollo del cuerpo en la criatura. Luego, con las manos moldeó en forma de bola, dándoles una terminación curiosa.

Next, I develop the moving parts in the animated figure: her head, her elf ears, her paws, the dress, the hair, the belt, and her arms, always giving my best.

Seguidamente, desarrollo las partes del movimiento en el animado, su cabeza, sus orejas de duende, sus patas, el vestido, el cabello, el cinto y sus brazos, siempre dando lo mejor de mi.

Finally, we apply the final touches to his face and eyes, using green, black, and white for the shine. This design is a bit more complex, as the parts to be molded are smaller.

Creating this character in foam clay was so much fun, everyone! The vibrant colors made it truly spectacular, and the Kawaii version gives her such a cute and charming appearance.

Ya por último, realizamos los retoques finales en su cara y ojos, utilizando los colores verde, negro y blanco para el brillo. Este diseño es un poco más complejo, pues son más pequeñas las partes a la hora de moldear.

Crear este personaje en foami clay fue muy divertido familia, porque su complicidad en cuanto a colores vivos era espectacular, presenta una bonita apariencia en cuanto a la versión Kawaii.

It should be noted that this design was sought in the Splinterlands community; but the realization are made by me, with dedication to look more beautiful in the home or bedroom, I will return with new ideas to share with you, see you soon and excellent week.
