Today I'm going to teach you how to make several terrifying animated figures with moldable foam (foam clay), dedicated to this very special date: October 31st, celebrated as The Day of the Dead "Halloween". Buenas Noches 🌙 familia @diyhub, amantes de los trabajos manuales y artesanías, el día de hoy les enseñaré a realizar con foami moldeable (foam clay) varios animados terroríficos dedicados a esta fecha tan especial: 31 de octubre muy festiva como El día de los Muertos "Halloween". Espero les guste la creación, a toda la comunidad en general y yo súper contento en presentarles mi experiencia con este material flexible. ¡Acompáñame! 🤗

The reference images are taken from Pinterest, representing this holiday as festive as the Day of the Dead, where the dead reunite with the living and celebrate their supernatural union together. I was inspired to design these lively characters in foam after seeing many friends in my country decorating their homes; they combine sweets, costumes, creativity, and a pinch of playful fear 🎃. I know it's not much, but it's my way of expressing myself through art.

Las imágenes de referencia son tomadas de Pinterest, en representación de este día tan festivo como el día de los muertos, donde se reúnen con los vivos y celebran juntos la unión sobrenatural. Me inspire a diseñar en foami estos animados, ya que he visto muchos amigos adornando sus casas en mi país, combinan dulces, disfraces, creatividad y una pizca de miedo divertido 🎃. Sé que no es mucho, pero es mi manera de expresarme mediante el arte.

In the following I will show you step by step the realization of my work. To begin with, I will mention all the materials used:

    STEP/PASO 1

    In the initial phase, I start by taking a portion of blanco-beige clay to create the characters' bodies. Then, with my hands, I shape it into a ball, giving them a smooth finish.
    En la fase inicial, comienzo tomando una porción de arcilla en color blanco-beige para realizar el cuerpo de los animados. Luego, con las manos moldeó en forma de bola, dándoles una terminación curiosa.

    STEP/PASO 2

    Next, I develop the body parts of the ghosts and pumpkins 🎃—their heads, hands, hats, and bows—always giving my best.
    Seguidamente, desarrollo las partes del cuerpo en los fantasmas y calabazas 🎃, su cabeza, manos, sombreros y lazos, siempre dando lo mejor de mi.

    STEP/PASO 3

    Finally, we created the lively deceased, the eyes, and the final touches on the characters' faces, using the colors black, pink, red, and white for the dolls' highlights. This design is a bit more complex, as the parts are smaller when it comes to molding.
    Ya por último, realizamos el animado muerto, los ojos y retoques finales en las cara de los personajes, utilizando los colores negro, rosado, rojo y blanco para el brillo de los muñequitos. Este diseño es un poco más complejo, pues son más pequeñas las partes a la hora de moldear.

    It is worth noting that this design was found on Pinterest; however, the creation of the animated versions was done by me, with dedication to make them look more beautiful in your home or bedroom.
    Cabe destacar que este diseño fue buscado en Pinterest; pero la realización de los animados son hecha por mí, con dedicación para que luzcan mas bonitos en tu hogar o dormitorio.

    You have an immense talent for making this type of craftwork, and your creations are beautiful. In this case, on Halloween, far from being scary, your creations are very cute and would surely be loved by children and those of us who are young at heart.

    Tenés una inmensa habilidad para hacer este tipo de artesanías y además te quedan preciosas y en este caso, en este día de Halloween, lejos de asustar, tus creaciones son muy tiernas y seguramente que gustaría mucho a los niños y a los que tenemos un niño en nuestro interior.

    Además elaboraste varios personas y todos son espectaculares, me gustan mucho los fantasmas, los colores entre ellos resaltan y la base que usaste quedó genial.
