Conclave Arcana Starter Pack Gamble: Did I Find My Summoner Solution?

So, after my previous misadventures with trying to use Glint to get specific cards, I decided to try a different approach. I found some HBD in my Hive Keychain (a pleasant surprise!), and thought, "Why not try my luck with some Conclave Arcana starter packs?"

I ended up buying 13 packs, which left me with about 7,000 DEC for future plans (or more impulse buys, who knows!). I figured even if I didn't get anything amazing, it would at least give me a bunch of Conclave Arcana commons and rares to start building a base for that set.

The Pulls: A New Bloodline Friend!

The pulls were... interesting. Nothing super-spectacular, but definitely some usable cards. The most exciting pull was Fithe Bladestone, a Dwarf summoner! This is awesome because it gives me three Bloodline summoners now (remember those from my previous posts?). I'm still trying to figure out the best way to use these Bloodline abilities, but having another one in the mix is definitely a good thing.

Settling into Silver 3 (For Now)

Speaking of "good things," I've managed to settle into Silver 3 for the moment. It seems like I'm winning about 50% of my matches there, which is... okay. It's not amazing, but it's progress. The problem is, as I've mentioned before, I'm still stuck using starter cards, which means I'm earning almost no SPS per battle.

Starter Packs: A Potential Solution?

This brings me back to the starter packs. After opening these 13, I'm starting to think that they might actually be a decent way for me to get more summoners. I know they're not guaranteed, but they offer a chance to get summoners and a bunch of commons and rares from a specific set.

Given my starter card situation, maybe focusing on buying more starter packs, especially for Conclave Arcana, could be a way to build a decent collection of playable cards and increase my chances of getting some non-starter summoners. It's a bit of a gamble, but it might be a more efficient way to get what I need than trying to buy individual cards on the market.

It's a thought, anyway. I'm still weighing my options. What do you all think? Are starter packs a viable strategy for building a collection, especially when you're stuck with starter cards and low SPS earnings? Or am I better off saving up for specific cards on the market?
