As the mission payouts are random I'll be giving away 80% of the total payout and use 20% as a head start for the next giveaway.

I'm sorry mate, I'm rather new at the game and am unsure how to give away the STARBITS I earn from the 5 "Illegal Busking" missions. Really, I'm unsure of how to do anything in game other than "Saturday Headline" two or three times a day. Any help or feedback would be lovely.
