My Goals for SPS and GLX

Hello Hivers, it's been two long weeks off this space. It was other necessary life activities. I'm glad to be back though obviously lagging with the latest innovations on this blockchain.

In my last post, I decried how I've been wasting my gaming skills out there when Hive has been providing free opportunities to play games and earn cryptocurrencies. Though the Splinterlands game gives the player the option of choosing between just fun or both fun or also earning alongside the fun. I think I choose both.

It's no more time to sit on the fence. I wish to get involved both passively and actively to garner all that Splinterlands can offer it's players and investors.

Here I'm I to define my goals for investment in the Splinterlands ecosystem. This would cover both the Splinterlands game and in the sports gaming platform - Genesis League Sports.

At Least 50 battles each season

My first goal is that of active engagement in the Splinterlands game. My battle goal is to reach Silver League I by the end of Q1, 2023. This would require a gradual and intentional advancement in battles fought.

My seasonal goal is to play at least 50 battles with the hopes that I would win 50% of the battles. This is going to be a from-the-scratch growth from the novice level.

I want it to be an organic graduation from the novice league to Bronze League III, II, I and to tbr silver leagues.

1,000 SPS in Q1, 2023

My first investment target is to buy and stake SPS. I look at the long term as far as my investments are concerned. All of the capital for these investments would have to come from Hive post earnings.

I am looking at 1,000 SPS in stake between now and March 2022. That means that I need to stake at least 250 SPS every month from this December.

800 GLX in Q1, 2023

GLX is the governance token for the Genesis League Sports platform. Everyone on Hive is happy about GLX and the big APY it's paying out for stakers. I don't want to miss out too.

I will be staking 800 GLX from now to March 2023. It's not going to be an easy deal but knowing the value of thr investment is enough motivation for it. I would have to stake at least 200 GLX every month from this December.
