Though, if you invested thousands of dollars in one day, it is possible to start earning something. But, I came to realize that people like step-to-step building.

People with a high number of staking get more SPS as a reward. That is the reason the majority of players staked their SPS.

Staking makes one earn more reward while playing splinterlands Staking a high volume of SPS is not only because they want to earn a staking reward; it also makes one earn more while you win a battle. For instance, if two players that are playing gold league with different staked SPS wins their battles, the player with the highest stake will earn more SPS and merits than the other. This is the reason every player wants to have more staked SPS so that they can earn more while winning battles.

Playing battles Another way to earn big in splinterlands is to engage in battles. But to earn big, make sure you stake SPS. Playing splinterlands is very easy, a player needs to learn the techniques and rules that guide a battle. There are many players that are earning thousands of SPS in a season.

Brawl participation Brawl is very sweet to play especially when you have the right monsters and summoners to play it. By playing brawl, a player can accumulate SPS and merits. Well! I consumed my merits immediately because I need more monsters in splinterlands. I believe I should have been in Diamond l by now; unfortunately, I did not. A player can only get more power if he/she buys more cards or packs. Buying more than 100 packs of conclave arcana would have increased my power. I am earning little SPS and merits from participating in brawl.

Buying and selling

Imagine you have untamed packs or alpha packs right now! There many investors that purchased and kept some of these packs for time like this. A pack of Alpha is $70 and untamed is $7.50; and if a player has any of these packs, he will make profit by selling it. There was a time I never knew I had an Alpha pack in my game, the day I knew, I sold the alpha pack above $25 and used it to buy Chaos Legion. Though, there are many Chaos legion packs in circulation that made it price to fall. I believe by next 4 years, when most of it is used, the price may go up. There were many players that bought packs, opened them, and I sold some of these cards.
