Frontier Battles is live in Splinterlands: the Battles are Fun, and the Rewards are Encouraging

Hello splinterlands warriors, how are you doing today? When I woke up this morning, I wanted to play ranked battle, and I saw frontier battle at the top corner; I was captivated because it was the first time I saw it. I clicked it and I played the first battle. I lost the first battle, so I went back to hive.blog to read about the new development.

I saw a post sharing frontier battles and rewards; I read everything, and I realized that the battle is free-to-play.

The Battles are Fun
The battles are fun, but I was limited in cards. Only cards associated with foundations are playable. Therefore, we may not see those heavy cards we use in the ranked battles.

New Beluroc Aegis

This is one of the battles I played today; after several battles, I mastered level 1. My first monster is New Beluroc Aegis. First position was the only position it could impact in this game. If I place it in any other position rather than first position, it would not attack.
Since, it is an attacking monster, I needed to place it in a place where it can attack, and first position was the only position for New Beluroc Aegis in this lineup.

New Beluroc Aegis was eliminated in the first attack in the second position.
The stunt ability was the reason I placed it in the first position.

Nim Guard Captain
Splinter: Death 💀💀💀
Level: 1 ⭐
Ability: Void
Speed: 3 🚤🚤🚤
Health: 7 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️♥️♥️
Armor: 3 🪖🪖🪖
Attack: Melee
Mana: 7
Nim Guard Captain was the monster in the second position. I already knew that ”New Beluroc Aegis* would not last longer in this battle; the taunt ability made all opponent monsters to attack it.
At the 2nd round of the battle, Nim Guard Captain led the attack. It wasn't easy for opponent's monsters to eliminate Nim Guard Captain due to its void ability .
It was eliminated in the round of 4 and Vengeful Monk
Led the attack.

Vengeful Monk

Level: 1 ⭐
Ability: Opportunity
Speed: 2 🚤🚤
Health: 7 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️♥️♥️
Attack: Melee
Mana: 7
Since Vengeful Monk can attack in any position; it was my best interest to place it in the 3rd position.
When Vengeful Monk led the attack, 3 out of the 6 opponent's monsters were eliminated. By the time it was eliminated, a monster was eliminated in my opponent's lineup.
Vengeful Monk was eliminated in the 5th position.

Sorrow Harvester
Splinter: Death 💀💀💀
Level: 1 ⭐
Ability: Weaken
Speed: 1 🚤
Health: 7 ❤️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Attack: Magic
Mana: 7
Sorrow Harvester was the 4th monster in my lineup, this magic monster was very good in any position. I don't want to lose the monster very fast, that was the reason I used it in 4th position in this battle.
He led the battle to victory!

Black Widow

Health: 7 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️♥️♥️

Attack: Ranged

The ranged attack of Black Widow was very important in this lineup.
I knew it could not lead the lineup, that was the reason I used in the fifth position. When Kicking Roc led, it could not attack again; that was why I used Black Widow in the 5th position to avoid such a thing.

Lunaki Howler

Health: 4 ❤️❤️❤️❤️♥️♥️♥️
Armor: 3 🪖🪖🪖
Attack: Magic
Mana: 7
Was the last monster in this lineup. Lunaki Howler was among the monsters that were not defeated in this battle.

The Rewards are Encouraging

When I started the battle, after I won four battles, I was rewarded with Spinetail Fiend. I was very happy and motivated to play more battles.

I continued playing, I won another 4 battles and I was rewarded with Colossus Raider.

I could not stop because I was enjoying the battle, in the process, I won a monster called Kanaaq Miner
At present I'm in bronze, by the time I reach diamond my reward will be good.
I believe that as you are going from one level to another, you have more good cards.

I have completed my task for today, and I will continue tomorrow.
I earned 3 foundation cards today, if I continue like this for 30 days, I will get 180 cards, which is cool for me.
