APR and day 2 progress on growing the prepatual land reward pool for Rutherford 40 6
The LP that will use its earnings for right now to buy PNS to support the PNS meme coin to help get more momentum and early holders before the hard launch hopefully buying it low will result in some gains for the tract land holders that qualify for the distribution in a month or so when the liquidity pools are seeded a bit more in the starting range of a couple thousand of liquidity to start so the distributions will be large enough to divide up. I started looking at who owns the land and so far one person qualified for tier 4 rewards due to having one plot over 50K which means they will get tier 4 weighting for all of the plots they have as they have multiple. It would be most beneficial for people to have at least one of there plots with 50K PP or a lot of the rewards will go to a few people from the higher tier rewards. The LP is returning better APRs today up 50% to 150% APR which is much better than any of the LPs in the game and it is more stable than the hive dec pool or any of the sps pools. Once the DEC earned hits 10 dollars it will be converted to PNS and held until the distribution date. So far only one person will be getting it but I have only made it through figuring out who owns 20 of the plots as I am clicking on the map and copy and pasting lol. There are a lot of non worked plots and one more criteria is that if you have plots that are not being worked then it will subtract a set amount of pp from the highest pp plot to incentivize people to work all of the plots to make the tract more profitable and in return larger rebates come from that as well. If people are not going to work it ill blanket buy all the plots for 10 dollars a piece bc the lets be realistic no one is buying them right now especially since they will never accrue rewards if they are not worked or sold to me or someone who will work the land which will make them much less attractive than all the other plots in the tract. In the next 2 months if the plots are not sold or worked they will be permanently excluded from rewards no matter who owns it so likely no one will buy those plots. I cant have them just sitting around either work them or take the buy out of the plots as I'm likely going to give them away to someone who makes a deal to put x pp on it. Not bad though for 2-3 days at a low principal amount in the pool and when the amounts get larger it will be more significant and eventually the rewards will be in DEC rather than PNS but we will be buying a certain amount of PNS consistently for a while to support the project and I think it can give substantial gains so I will be using the earnings to buy PNS every week or day if they get to a point where they are large enough to have the fees not impact the ROI much.
The first reward swap to PNS and a initial balance to start out the accumulation phase is at 143785 PNS that will be added to the distirbution pool for R40-6 which will be a token that will be distributed to the land holders that meet the tiers laid out in the excel sheet. By time the distribution comes around for the first time there will be much more PNS to be distributed as the pool will be much larger and the more rewards the more PNS we get for the distributable pool.
I am guessing the first distirbution will be over a million PNS or more for the entire pool if the APR keeps up and the pool gets to 2-3 k for the seeded liquidity to start out.
