Rising Star Journal 2: Pack Opening and Local Gigs

It's hard to believe only one week has passed since my last journal entry. I've gone up two missions on the Local Gig Circuit (though I still haven't broken down and gotten the i6 guitar to run them).

I stuck to my plan of Saturday Support in the morning, guitar lessons the rest of the day, then pizza and Saturday headline at night while I sleep.

This plan seems to be leveling me up pretty quickly: Level 21 -> 26. It's getting me roughly 1 pack/week in addition to that.

For now, this still seems fine. Here's my pack:

The rare isn't too bad as I needed to get over the 500 fan hump and my fan/skill ratio is still good. Getting 2 Tiana is pretty weird. I obviously would have liked an epic, but it came close to paying for itself.

I'll just keep this same thing up for another week. The goal is to hit Level 30 and get one more pack. Then, unless I get really lucky, I'll probably need to break down and get individual cards to keep progressing through the Local Gigs.

I think the key things are going to be another pizza slice or box and 750 fans to unlock the Shopping Mall Gig.
