Are NFTs based on actual properties are allowed to be sold? I mean if the creators tried to sue you, (say 10 years from now,) they can track every person who got the NFT, right?

maybe its a lil grey area I sell my art based on comic properties at comic con events all the time.

Yeah, I also think it's a grey area... I just wanted you to consider the legality question before continuing.

Selling NFTs is different from selling on Comic Cons, we don't know how will the legal system treat them in a few years after all. (Since all transactions are recorded.)

yeah we will see IK they are already talking about gold NFT registries because they want to be able to verify it wasn't sold by a specific party (Russia)

sadly yes very few projects hold the original cryptocurrency mission. Instead the blockchain-Web3 99% has the same control structure as the physical economy even DAO's from what I can see it is still the best supplemental income for people even if IMO the entire thing was made up to feed AI highly detailed information same as with IOT.

We will see I think the 1st NFT lawsuits are up in another year or so. Another thing with my NFTs Its not like I sell the for huge amounts of money $1-$5 are the avg cost from me idk who in they right mind would pay 100 1000 1000 for a digital image the game aint that crucial 😂
