Splinterlands Mid-Season Mania: Diamond Push, Black Foil Dreams, and 100k SPS Staked

We are passed the mid of the current season in Splinterlands so players left with almost week time to battle and secure their positions on leaderboard. I cannot playing to get the position on leaderboard as I know it's not my cup of tea but still I am earning SPS, Glints and cards over the period of 15 days i.e. one completed season in Splinterlands. I am trying my luck in jackpot also i.e. Black foil cards but still not lucky enough to get even a one copy of same. But I am not loosing the hope because we do not know when the the side of coin will flip and we lady luck is upon us. Even if we are getting the gold foil cards also that are also good rewards as you do not have to spend anything to make them free (by default they are not soul bond). In the previous seasons I got some gold foils also but non of them was epic of legendary, In know getting a epic or legendary gold foils is not easy as they are very rare in game ecosystem. The draw and chest cost has also been increased after the release of the new set of cards so in this ways we can consider that the new cards are more valuable then the previous editions cards as we have to spend more on them to purchase the packs/draws.

Game Progress

I am glad that I made it to the Diamond League before the previous season ending. In current season also we are half way and at present I am battling in the Gold league. In the current season also my main focus is Wild along with Frontier game mode. I am battling in the Gold I League at present and only 180 rating points are required to unlock the next league i.e. Diamond I league. In Frontier mode I am unlocked the Silver I league so and 5 Wins Daily Rewards me with 2 Frontier Entries along with 4 cards.

SPS Token Staking

If we look at the SPS token stats - the total circulating supply is 1,528,776,565 and out of that total liquid token are 485,700,812 and 1,043,075,752 are staked. The token is trading at $0.0069 (which is very less then the all time high value of token) so the total market cap is $19,026,999. I am holding more then 100k SPS token (precisely 105,695.84 SPS) and max quantity is staked only. The main source of the SPS for me is the ranked battle play and the SPS Staking reward. The current staking SPS earned me token with 10.31% APR. Unfortunately the Land are not productive for me and I am also not able to spare time to make it productive. All I need is the time and then rearrangement of the cards and land production. As per my understanding the Grain are the main production item which I should concentrate. The Grain are the required for almost every transection on land so they are one of the most essential item and has the market also to see if you have spare Grain.

SPS Token is not only the Governance token in the game ecosystem but it influence many other mechanism of game. The earning form the game is also directly or indirectly linked with the SPS token staked in the game wallet. Now in the current draw system also the SPS play a important role, if you want to earn more draws you need to stake more SPS token. Hope the SPS token price will rebounce again in the future.
