RE: SPS Governance Proposal - Implement a Max Base Production Limit for Land Plots in Phase 1.5

This seems like an easy yes to support, with no downside. Still a significant advantage for those early adopters (or those with deep pockets) to hold an advantage over most but greatly lessen said advantage to a tolerable level.
