Dibujando peces Koi // Drawing Koi fishes [ESP/ENG]

Hola, artistas de Hive! El dia de hoy les traigo una muy linda ilustración que hice de unos peces Koi, un día que estaba muy inspirada. Espero les guste tanto como a mi. Los dejo con el proceso:

Hello, Hive artists! Today I bring you a very nice illustration I made of some Koi fishes, one day I was very inspired. I hope you like it as much as I do. I leave you with the process:

Empecé haciendo el boceto a lápiz y como pueden ver, dividí el cuadro en dos para poder mantener un equilibrio con respecto al tamaño de los peces.

I started with a pencil sketch and as you can see, I divided the picture in two to be able to keep a balance with respect to the size of the fish.

Despues de tener el boceto terminado, empecé a darle color y para ello escogí las acuarelas.

Para el fondo del dibujo utilicé la acuarela color 502 "Azul ftalo" de la marca CONDA y para los peces el 203 "Amarillo medio" y el 303 "Rojo brillante", de la misma marca.

After having the sketch finished, I started to give it color and for that I chose the watercolors.

For the background of the drawing I used watercolor color 502 "Phthalo blue" from CONDA and for the fish I used 203 "Medium yellow" and 303 "Bright red", from the same brand.

Luego de tener una base de color, procedí a detallar el dibujo delineando con Sharpie punta fina color negro y a dar los últimos toques agregando sombras con colores y marcadores de tonos de la misma gama.

After having a base of color, I proceeded to detail the drawing by outlining with black fine tip Sharpie and to give the final touches by adding shadows with colors and markers in shades of the same range.

Y listo, espero les haya gustado mucho mi trabajo!
