Moon Karts: buying items to improve in races (Eng/Ita)

I'm still carefully exploring the world of Arcade Colony and its games, and I have to say that, for now, the one I’ve enjoyed the most is definitely Moon Karts. Not that Stakehouse Den isn’t interesting, but gambling has never really fascinated me that much, whether virtually or, luckily, in real life. In fact, even losing a small amount of money makes me angry and I immediately stop, whereas others, unfortunately, get caught up in gambling fever and keep betting, sometimes losing entire fortunes.

But here on Arcade Colony, we play for fun, and the only thing we bet are Hot Sauce tokens in Stakehouse Den and Fuel in Moon Karts. That’s exactly why I’m buying more and more Script tokens from Hive Engine, to stake them and build up a solid daily production of Fuel and Hot Sauce.

I'm also making various purchases on the internal market, trying to become more competitive in challenges against other players. In fact, I bought this epic card "Quasar Sport", which seems to have good stats: 114.1 Speed, 60 Acceleration, 60 Handling, and 60 Health, although it would be better to merge it with other identical cards to increase these stats further.

My new favorite driver is a Spark, common rarity, Gold Foil, level 3, which gives me +6.9 Speed, +4.6 Handling, and +8 Health, but unfortunately penalizes me with -4 Acceleration.
I definitely need to look for a better-performing driver on the market, or power up this card here.

I also placed a 10 Hive offer to buy a Centauri pack on Hive Engine, since those packs are sold out on the platform. Let’s see if my offer gets accepted, otherwise I’ll try raising the price a bit, or I’ll just give in to the current lowest asking price of 15 Hive.

I've never opened a Centauri pack, but the price of 15 Hive, based on today’s value, would be around $3.60, which wouldn’t be bad if I could pull a rare card, or even better, an epic or legendary one.

I try to race once a day, even though I realize the competition is very tough, and other players are much more prepared than I am, with way more upgraded cards.

As for my driving, before focusing on Speed and Acceleration, I absolutely want to improve my handling, maybe by upgrading my vehicle with a Shark Fin like CurveGlide, Flexedge, or Turn Spike. I really need to improve my cornering, because on tight turns I still tend to lose the racing line.

The market is rich with cards to choose from, many of which are still very affordable, especially the common ones, and I hope to find the right setup to win my first race!

Sto ancora esplorando con attenzione il mondo di Arcade Colony e dei suoi giochi, e devo dire che, per adesso, quello che mi è piaciuto ci più è senza dubbio Moon Karts: non che Stakehouse Den non sia interessante, però il gioco d'azzardo non mi ha mai appassionato un granché, sia a livello virtuale, ma, per fortuna, anche nella vita reale, infatti perdere anche una piccola somma di denaro mi fa arrabbiare e smetto subito, mentre altri, purtroppo, si fanno prendere dalla febbre del gioco e continuano a scommettere, certe volte perdendo interi patrimoni.

Ma quì su Arcade Colony giochiamo per divertirci, e l'unica cosa sui chi si scommette sono i token Hot Sauce in Stakehouse Den e Fuel in Moon Karts, ed è proprio per questo motivo che sto comprando sempre più token Script da Hive Engine, per metterli in staking ed arrivare ad un buon quantitativo di produzione giornaliera di Fuel e Hot Sauce.

Sto anche facendo vari acquisti sul mercato interno, per cercare di diventare più competitivo nelle sfide con gli altri giocatori: infatti ho acquistato questa carta epica "Quasar Sport". che mi sembra avere delle buone stats, con 114,1 di Speed, 60 di Acceleration, 60 di Handling e 60 di Health, anche se sarebbe meglio fare il Merge con altre carte uguali per cercare di portare in alto queste stats.

Il mio nuovo pilota preferito è uno Spark di rarità comune, Gold Foil e livello 3, che mi garantisce +6,9 di Speed, +4,6 di handling e +8 di Health, però, purtroppo, mi punisce con un -4 di Acceleration.
Sicuramente devo cercare sul mercato un pilota che abbia prestazioni migliori, oppure potenziare questa carta quì.

Ho anche fatto un'offerta di 10 Hive per acquistare un pacchetto Centauri su Hive Engine, visto che questi pacchetti sono finiti sulla piattaforma: vediamo se la mia offerta verrà accettata, altrimenti proverò ad alzare un po' il prezzo, oppure mi arrenderò al prezzo più basso di vendita attualmente offerto, che è di 15 Hive.

Non ho mai aperto un pacchetto Centauri, però la quotazione di 15 Hive, con il prezzo di oggi, varrebbe circa 3,6 $, che non sarebbe male se potessi trovare una carta rara, o, anche meglio, epica o leggendaria.

Cerco di fare una gara al giorno, anche se mi rendo conto che la competizione è molto accesa, e gli altri giocatori sono molto più preparati di me ed hanno carte molto più potenziate delle mie.

Per quanto riguarda la mia guida, prima di pensare allo Speed e Acceleration, voglio assolutamente migliorare il handling, magari potenziando il mio veicolo con una Shark Fin come CurveGlide, Flexedge, o Turn Spike: devo, infatti, migliorare il mio controllo durante le curve, perchè ìn quelle più strette tendo ancora a perdere la traiettoria.

Il mercato è comunque ricco di carte da cui scegliere, molte delle quali hanno ancora un prezzo molto accessibile, soprattutto le comuni, nella speranza di trovare la giusta configurazione per vincere la mia prima gara !
