Agreed. Agreed upon terms should be something that can only be dissolved if both parties agree.

My guild is doing the seasonal renting route and having a list of reliable card owners is really helpful. We don't want to put our money on someone who'd cancel before end of season just to price gouge. Hopefully, Splinterlands will be able to implement the system where it's fair for both renters and card owners.

p.s. If you're a reliable card owner who can provide us card power, let me know. Our guild is poised to grow to over a hundred members. You'll have a steady income stream from a guild that's paying by season.
