Greetings friends. I was looking through the splinterlands characters and found some that inspired me to make a series of charms. I already made one recently and shared it in a previous post here in the community.

For this other charm I was inspired by another character, one named Lyanna Natura. Although I was not inspired by the whole character, as I did not make a pendant in the shape of the lady, I was inspired by one of the accessories that are on the card to replicate it.Lyanna Natura necklace

Saludos amigos. Estuve revisando entre los personajes de splinterlands y encontré algunos que me sirvieron de inspiración para hacer una serie de dijes. Ya hice uno hace poco y lo compartí en un post anterior aquí en la comunidad.

Para este otro dije me inspiré en otro personaje, uno llamado Lyanna Natura. Aunque no me inspiré en todo el personaje, pues no hice un dije con la forma de la señorita, sí me inspiré en uno de los accesorios que están en la carta para replicarlo.

Step by step

The materials I used to make this charm were flexible dough, wire, paints and glue.

The first base material was the wire. This was used to make the support for this pendant. If you look at it, it is similar to a star, because of the five points.

Los materiales que utilicé para hacer este dije fueron masa flexible, alambre, pinturas y pegamento.

El primer material base fue el alambre. Este me sirvió para hacer el soporte que usara este dije. Si se fijan es similar a una estrella, por las cinco puntas.

For the flower of this pendant I used four petals, hence I needed the four tips to support these petals. I attached each and every one of them to the wire base and used more flexible dough for the joints.

Para la flor de este dije usé cuatro pétalos, de ahí que necesite las cuatro puntas para soporte de estos pétalos. Todos y cada auno de ellos los uní en la base de alambre y usé más masa flexible para las uniones.

After the petals hardened a bit, without drying completely, I made these two strips of flexible dough, simulating roots. I only made a couple, as well as a couple of small leaves, similar in size to the petals.

Después de que los pétalos se endurecieron un poco, si secarse por completo, hice estás dos tiras de masa flexible, simulando raíces. Solo hice un par, al igual que un par de hojas pequeño tamaño, similar al de los pétalos.

When joining all the pieces with more flexible dough, I used a little water with glue to cover the whole piece and make it a little wetter and finally give more firmness to the joints.

Al unir todas las piezas con más masa flexible, usé un poco de agua con pegamento para cubrir toda la pieza y hacer que se humedezca un poco más y finalmente darle más firmeza a las uniones.

Finally I let it dry and then started the painting process. I used yellow as a base paint to cover almost the entire piece.

It is not necessary to use special paints, since this material, being made of glue and water, absorbs the paint very well, also being a porous material it adheres very well.

Finalmente dejé que se secara para luego comenzar con el proceso de pintado. Usé como base de pintado el amarillo para cubrir casi en su totalidad toda la pieza.

No es necesario usar pinturas especiales, ya que este material al estar hecho a base de pegamento y agua, absorve muy bien la pintura, también la ser un material poroso está se adhiere muy bien.

For the roots I mentioned before I used brown and white to darken the yellow base I had used before. For the leaves I used two shades of green, one mixed with yellow and the other mixed with black to give depth to the leaf. The center of the flower I painted with red.

Para las raíces que les mencioné antes usé marrón y blanco para oscurecer la base de amarillo que había usado antes. Al igual en las hojas usé dos tonalidades de verde, uno mezclado con amarillo y otro mezclado con negro, eso me sirvió para darle profundidad a la hoja. El centro de la flor lo pinte con rojo.

Only after the paint dried did I cover it with glue. I used three coats, waiting for each coat to dry before using the next. Once dry, the pendant was finished. After that I attached a chain to it and put it in a little box.

Solo después de que secó la pintura lo cubrí con pegamento. Usé tres capas, esperando que cada capa se secara antes de usar la siguiente. Una vez seca, quedó terminado el dije. Luego de esto le coloque una cadena de lo guarde en una cajita.
