Our robot helpers can create as well when we let them. Imagine having Ken Robinson and Ray Kurzweil collaborate to discuss making a machine that has the capability to learn and create at the same time. Allowing them to use their creativity not just when they're doing what human beings tell them but also when they're given autonomy to create artwork on their own.

Robinson suggests humans are creative when they are empowered- that is, not simply fulfilling the demands of a rich clientele with plenty of money and time, but actually given the freedom and opportunity to explore the beauty in new ways. We have explored what automation looks like, now let's explore how it feels.

Are we going all-in on talent and creativity for our workforce? Robots will never replace passionate creators- no matter how skilled they are. “Today, the world has changed with the use of technology in every field, and it is now easier than ever to find a job or start a company with no experience. This can also be seen in how technology has empowered artists to create work on projects they would not have been able to before- even one person can produce a whole movie today.
