Battles of The Day: BROKEN EARTH THUG

The DEATH deck is my favorite deck and although lately I have been using a lot the EARTH deck, which could be considered my second favorite deck, DEATH is still my favorite deck above all, it is the deck that gives me better results, although the EARTH deck is not far behind because it gives me enough victories as well. Again reviewing my small collection of cards I noticed a card that I do not remember having used it once, that card is: BROKEN EARTH THUG, a card that besides being from the DEATH deck, is of the Melee type and has the ability "Opportunity", a pretty decent ability to focus on those cards with less amount of life. BROKEN EARTH THUG is not a card that stands out much in their stats, it can become a very annoying card to cause damage gradually, although it can also be eliminated quite easily, so this is the battle of the day today, with the protagonist card BROKEN EARTH THUG:

In this battle I wanted to use at least in most of the formation cards with the ability "Opportunity", but due to the low cost of mana available in this battle I could only use two of them, being logically one of them the main card of this post. The strategy for this battle consisted of the following cards: In first position is my faithful and old card: HAUNTED SPIRIT, one of my oldest cards and for several years my favorite choice in my strategies formed by the DEATH deck and although today it is not my favorite card, it is certainly an excellent card, both offensively and defensively, has good stats that makes it capable of resisting a decent amount of enemy attacks, also having the ability "Heal", it can resist even more, also being a good card against magical attacks as it has the ability "Magic Reflect". In second position is the only card of the Magic Attack type of this strategy, which is: UNDEAD PRIEST, excellent card, very useful to affect the utility of enemy cards thanks to its "Slow" and "Weaken" abilities, not so strong offensively or defensively, but a useful card in terms of negative buff.

In third position is the protagonist card of today's post: BROKEN EARTH THUG, a card that as I mentioned above is somewhat weak, it is a card that can be eliminated in a single attack if it meets the right enemy, perhaps in future LVLS will be a better card, but for now I'm not very convinced, although I like its low mana cost and its ability. In fourth position is the second card of this formation that has the ability "Opportunity", which is: PARASITIC GROWTH, a very good card, both for its low mana cost as well as for its decent abilities, makes it a good candidate for those battles that, like this one, have little mana available. In penultimate position is a card that, like HAUNTED SPIRIT and UNDEAD PRIEST, are one of my oldest cards, one of the first I got and one of the other cards that I refuse to stop using, as they are still quite useful in battle and that card is: SKELETON ASSASSIN. And in last position, protecting the rear of the formation is: CORPSE FIEND.

BATTLE

El mazo DEATH es mi mazo favorito y aunque ultimadamente he estado utilizado mucho el mazo EARTH, el cual se podría considerar mi segundo mazo favorito, DEATH sigue siendo mi favorito por encima de todos, es el mazo que mejor me da resultados, aunque el mazo EARTH tampoco se queda atrás ya que me da bastantes victorias igualmente. Nuevamente revisando mi pequeña colección de cartas me percate de una carta que no recuerdo haberla utilizado alguna vez, esa carta es: BROKEN EARTH THUG, una carta que además de ser del mazo DEATH, es del tipo Melee y cuenta con la habilidad “Opportunity”, una habilidad bastante decente al enfocarse en aquellas cartas con menor cantidad de vida. BROKEN EARTH THUG no es una carta que destaque mucho en sus stats , puede llegar a ser una carta bastante molesta al poder causar daño gradualmente, aunque también puede llegar a ser eliminada con bastante facilidad, por lo que, esta es la es batalla del día de hoy, con la carta protagonista BROKEN EARTH THUG:

En esta batalla quise utilizar al menos en la mayoría de la formación cartas con la habilidad “Opportunity”, pero debido al bajo coste de mana disponible en esta batalla tan solo pude utilizar dos de ellas, siendo lógicamente una de ellas la carta protagonista de este post. La estrategia para esta batalla consistió en las siguientes cartas: En primera posición se encuentra mi fiel y antigua carta: HAUNTED SPIRIT, de mis cartas más antiguas y durante varios años mi opción predilecta en mis estrategias conformadas por el mazo DEATH y aunque hoy día no es mi carta favorita, es sin duda una carta excelente, tanto a nivel ofensivo como defensivo, cuenta con buenos stats que la hace capaz de resistir una decente tanta de ataques enemigos, además al contar con la habilidad “Heal”, puede llegar a resistir aún más, siendo además una buena carta ante ataques mágicos ya que cuenta con la habilidad “Magic Reflect”. En segunda posición se encuentra la única carta del tipo Ataque Mágico de esta estrategia, la cual es: UNDEAD PRIEST, excelente carta, muy útil para afectar la utilidad de las cartas enemigas gracias a sus habilidades “Slow” y “Weaken”, no tan fuerte ofensivamente ni defensivamente, pero una carta útil en términos de buff negativos.

En tercera posición se encuentra la carta protagonista del post de hoy: BROKEN EARTH THUG, una carta que como mencioné anteriormente es algo débil, es una carta que puede llegar a ser eliminada de un solo ataque si se encuentra con el enemigo indicado, quizás en próximos LVLS sea una mejor carta, pero por ahora no me convence mucho, aunque me gusta su bajo coste de mana y su habilidad. En cuarta posición se encuentra la segunda carta de esta formación que cuenta con la habilidad “Opportunity”, la cual es: PARASITIC GROWTH, una carta muy buena, tanto por su bajo coste de mana así como también por sus decentes habilidades, la hace una buena candidata para aquellas batallas que, como esta se cuenta con poca cantidad de mana disponible. En penúltima posición se encuentra una carta que, al igual que HAUNTED SPIRIT y UNDEAD PRIEST, son de mis cartas más antiguas, de las primeras que obtuve y unas de las otras cartas que me reúso dejar de utilizar, ya que me siguen siendo de bastante utilidad en batalla y esa carta es: SKELETON ASSASSIN. Y en última posición, protegiendo la retaguardia de la formación se encuentra: CORPSE FIEND.
