Searching for the Pump Nodes.

While searching for a way to drain the flooded ruins, I followed a red light and discovered a console that suggested a manual reset of two pump nodes.

I navigated through underwater tunnels to reach the first node and activated it, then returned to continue the search. Before reaching the second node, I faced a wild Snapmaw.

Morlund said he saw a red light near the floor when the water rushed in, and the gate pass that big machine I was looking for that red light.

Fortunately, I noticed the red light from afar, and I was driving in the right direction.

Getting close to the red light, I found a console that I activated, and a synthetic voice alerted me about critical flooding detected, and about automatic drainage controls being offline.

I was suggested a manual reset of the primary and secondary pump notes to execute an emergency purged.

If I do this purge and drain all the water, I could fight that big machine on dry ground, so I was looking for the pump nodes, and I noticed this big statue.

According to the map, there should be an access point for the first node, and I found a tunnel system that was leading me towards the first node.

There should be a whole network of these tunnels down there, and water for an entire city, and I had to find something to climb to the ledge, and activate the primary pump node.

I found a ladder that I could climb to get to the edge, and there was this valve that I had to open, which activated the primary pump node. I should have swam back and looked for the access point for the second node now.

Before returning to the sunken city, I decided to ignite that firegleam to check what was there on the other side, and I just found some ancient loot, nothing special.

I returned to the sunken city as I had to look for the access point for the second node, but I found another big machine swimming around, and it looked wild. It's a Snapmaw, which looked like a machine gator.

The next post will be coming soon. Screenshots are my take from the game and I took the game logo that I used on the thumbnail picture from online.

SEE YOU.

Interesting approach to solving the flooded ruins problem, and well written. I appreciate how you highlight both exploration and challenge. How difficult was it to navigate those underwater tunnels?
