A Battle for Control Cores.

I climbed onto a pillar to fire explosives and acid arrows at the machines while Zo fought below. After reviving her, I took down the flying attacker and then the final predator for its components. Back at the base, Zo explained that GAIA updated her focus to alter the reboot code, but the process will take time.

After trying some explosive arrows on those machines, I climbed on that pillar so I could take some good shots at them and take them down fast and easily.

I was shooting one of the machines with Acid Arrows this time, as I noticed Acid Arrows does good damage, though I was advised to use Purge Water Traps for these machines. Anyway, I noticed there was another machine right behind me that Zo was fighting with.

As I am playing in the easiest difficulty, I was not getting much damage. So I was holding my ground on that pillar, even when I was getting flame shots from the machines.

I decided to change my position after a while, so I jumped off the pillar.

I noticed Zo was getting heavily damaged, and she needed my revive to get up, so I slid through that rope to get to her first, and then I revived her.

And at last I took down the first predator there, and I noticed something was throwing something from above, which was damaging us heavily.

That reminded me of the flying machine that I noticed earlier. And there's the one shooting us with some special weapons that was damaging us. So I shot it and brought it down. Then I attacked it and took it down fast when the other machines kept trying to stop me.

Then I went for the last machine that I had to take down, as I needed its components to help Joe upgrade their machines. And it was not too hard for me to take down that machine, especially when it was the only one remaining.

After getting the control course along with a lot more components from the machines, I want to speak with Zo, And she said she would head back to the base and get started.

Then I had to talk to Zo at the base again to finish this mission. And when I met her, she said GAIA told her the reboot code has to be altered using data from the cores. And she updated Zo's focus with software to accomplish this task. But apparently it's very complicated which will take time.

Now I will have to wait for Joe to complete the reboot code to finish this side quest.
