After some more research, the seller seems to have SURGE'd their profits! For that, I commend them
It's a viable way to hedge your downside while still having long-term upside in the $LEO economy. Earning Dividends while you wait for LEO/LSTR to succeed
Still shows the LEO supply/demand imbalance leading to an inevitable massive upside reprice.
With this sort of price action, I’m not sure I’d personally be taking profits in LEO here.

The lower LEO stays, the more LEO can be swept permanently into LeoStrategy's fund. This LEO is removed from the market forever and staked permanently on their balance sheet
That balance sheet is then leveraged to launch derivatives which create markets that can then be market made by LeoStrategy. Profits buy more LEO and expand the balance sheet.. perpetuating the flywheel machine
The theory is playing out perfectly in front of our eyes.
