A Battle of Dodges.

I never planned or thought that I'll be back with a battle explaining post in which I'll share a battle that I've lost. I believe no one would do that. But, I just had to share this interesting battle with you all. I was waiting to get my skills sharpened and also an interesting battle to share with you guys. I wouldn't say that I perfected my strategies and skills to play with these new Chaos Legion cards. But the battle I'm going to share today is really an interesting one. At least, I haven't seen something like this in my little career of SPLINTERLANDS.

I'm writing this post to share my battle experience of splinterlands and also to participate in the weekly social media challenge contest. I'll also be sharing this post on my social media accounts. Thanks a lot to @splinterlands for this great opportunity. It's very supportive and encouraging to the players. Now, time to share my battle. My battle link is given below.

Now, there's a reason behind me calling this battle "A Battle of Dodges." I wouldn't want to spoil the fun but I also need to explain something. Let me first share the lineup of my battle.

The first monster in my lineup is named CHAOS KNIGHT. It's a common life unit chaos legion card that attacks with melee attacking ability. It can only attack when it's in the first position and it also has an extra ability named the shield ability that helps it to get half damage from any melee or ranged attacks. And these are the reasons that I used it in the first position. Then I used the LUMINOUS EAGLE in the second position. It's a rare life unit untamed card that also attacks with melee attacking ability and it can attack from both 1st and 2nd position. It's the REACH ability of this monster that helps it to do it. It'll be useless it's used other than these two positions. It also has another special ability which is named the FLYING ability. Its ability increases the chance of this monster to dodge melee and ranged attacks. It's no use against a magic attack. Nothing can dodge a magic attack. Then I used the STITCH LEECH in the 3rd position. It's a common life unit monster that also attacks with melee attacking ability. But it's not as same as the other cards that I told you about already. It has a special ability named SNEAk ability. And with ability, it can attack the enemy monsters from the end of the line while it's standing in any position. Then I used the CELESTIAL HARPY. It's a rare life unit chaos legion card that also used melee attacking ability and as you thought it also has some specialty of its own. And one of these abilities is one of my most favorite abilities. This ability is called the OPPORTUNITY ability. With this ability this card attack the enemy monster with the lowest life capacity. And by doing that it can easily take down the weak but dangerous cards first. It also had the FLYING ability and I've already explained it. Then I used the XENITH ARCHER. It's a rare neutral unit chaos legion card. It attacks with the ranged attacking ability and it can attack from any position other than the first one. And ranged cards are better to be used as far as possible from the front.

This was all about my battle and I don't want to spoil the fun by explaining the dodging part in here. I want you to watch the battle and get fun. Believe me, I never have seen that many misses ever. I'm putting some screenshots below and these are not even one-third of all misses.

These were not even all of the screenshots from the first three rounds. It was because of all these misses that I lost the battle. I had my strategy and lineup fixed and when I saw the cards of the opponents first. I was sure that I'll win the battle. But that turned out wrong and I ended up losing the battle.
