The First SplinterLands SEASON END in GOLD LEAGUE in MODERN Format

Hello to Splinterlands Fam,

My first-ever season in the splinterlands game is over. The gaming community is so updated that they share all such things. I have seen many blogs about season end, survival mode and SPS validator etc etc. Many such things are new for me and I need to give it more time. I know the seasons and battles that I did in a modern format. We all get a reward after the season ends and we need to claim the reward.

So here is my first season-end reward in the splinterlands game. I have got very good, powerful and high-level cards delegated by my mentor @bravetofu and BIG thanks to him. Yesterday I used all my energies to play and mostly battles I won. I also played most battles with Fire Splinter. I have got 12521 glint tokens as part of the end-of-season reward. I still need to find out how can I use this reward. I am thinking of getting some cards whatever is possible in this balance.

GLINT is not a coin, Its a reward currency in the game. In this shop, we can use this currency to buy different inventory. I have 26042 glint currency and all this is earned in this season only. I did not see any option to see its monetary value so I dont know about it. But I hope that with this balance I can get some good cards. I also don't know what cards I can go to buy in the shop.

I will be trying to figure out more about it during the weekend. I have not played any battle today because I dont want to jump in high competition time. I got to know that 1st day of the season isn't good to play for newcomers. I had used all the energy so no energy loss for me if I dont play today. I will play battles tomorrow and more energy will be added so more battles and more fun.

After the glint currency claim, I saw this notification so I clicked view reward. It says that I got a reward for the Gold League. Its a league upgrade reward if I understand correctly. In this case if I move into the next league then also there will be some reward. It is an additional reward where I get something and its not bad.

So I got eleven boxes in two categories. I don't know what is the difference but like I said there are so many things I'm not aware of. That's called gamification where things are different and rich by graphics design.

The claim processing is easy. Instructions are provided on the page that one can follow and move. On one page I got the option to open chests. There was an option to select legendary and alchemy potions. It is self-explanatory that with these additions the chances to get epic legendary or gold cards increase.

I choose not to select both options because I don't know if I have bigger then it can be even better. So I decided to skip it and accumulate more and hopefully in the next season I will get more. Now I have opened the chests. I got some portions charge merits and three cards. Two cards are rare and one is a regular card. For me, each card is important because I have got a few cards through the delegation. Some cards I have received as a gift from the community so thanks to everyone. Now whatever card I earn in the game will help me improve my collection. My card collection is a higher priority for me and I will try to grow it more.

SPS is the coin of the game which is also valuable. My mentor has this coin in millions quantity so you can imagine the amount invested by my mentor. We explained multiple reasons why he is bullish on this coin and of course on the overall game. I buy his points and it makes sense. I will be trying to buy some SPS soon and hopefully, with this it will empower my gaming journey. It's not always about the reward but I would say it's more of the gaming experience and investing in digital assets. Every asset in the game is a digital asset carrying some different value in the market.
