RE: The season 8 will end in two days (League of Legends: Wild Rift) (2023.04.17)

This is not a real time strategy (RTS) game, but a multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA).

In this game you control a single character (a champion), and play in a team of five players against another team of five players (so 10 players in total) (in the classic game modes) (there are other game modes too, for example 3 vs 3, or even 1 vs 1). There are also NPCs (non-player characters) (minions) in every game mode. The classic game modes has monsters too. The goal of the game is fight through the map, and destroy the base (Nexus) of the enemy team.

In some aspects, this game is indeed similar to the RTS games. There are items to make your champion better (stronger, faster, more protected, more effective). You earn gold mainly by killing minions and monsters, and you can use the gold in the shop (at the spawn point) to buy and sell items for your champion.
