Tried Genesis League Goals for the First Time—How It Went

Hey friends, So, yes, I finally shot the goals from Genesis League. I kept seeing it -the Hive appeared and was curious. I had no idea what to wait and forth I thought it was a football-themed card game. But now that I tried, I have some things to say. This was my first time playing and honestly I was completely blind. No tutorials, no guides, only vibrations. I figured I would move and see what happens. And oh boy, I spoiled a lot. But I had fun too, what is what really matters, right?

First impressions? Confused but cool When I arrived at the site, I was like ... What is all this? Letters, statistics, formations - I felt as if I was looking at some kind of break -in cryptographic football. I didn't know what to click or where to start. But after a few clicks, things started to make sense. You build a team using cards. Each card is a player. They have positions, classifications and skills. You are not "playing" football in the usual way - it's more like the coach. You choose your training, define your training and let your team do the rest. It's like fantasy football mixed with strategy. You don't control players directly, but your choices before match really matters.

I chose players based on their haircuts. Bad idea. Let's be real. I didn't know any of the statistics, so I went with my gut. I chose players who looked cool. Large hair? In. Cool pose? Definitely in. Did it work? In truth. My first match was a disaster. I had three strikers, without proper defense, and my goalkeeper could be sleeping. I lost obviously. But losing was part of the fun. After this match, I started reading the cards correctly. Some players are better to pass, others in defense. Resistance is also important - some guys are unaware halfway.

Watching matches seemed to open a surprise box After setting your team, you await the result of the match. I thought it would be bored, but it was really fun. Looking at how my team came to, which marked, that spoiled everything - seemed to watch my little football story unfold. Sometimes I won and felt a genius. Other times, my so -called "star striker" would miss everything, and I was sitting there wondering why I already trusted him.

Rewards?
Not bad for a beginner Although I have lost some games, I still have some rewards. Nothing huge, but enough to stay interested. Some letters here, a little xp there. It was good to recover something to just play. And the legal part? These cards are really yours. You can negotiate them, sell them or just collect them. It is built in the Hive Blockchain, so it's all real of digital property.

Would I play again?
Honestly, I didn't think I would like it so much. I am not a fan of soccer or nerd of a hardcore strategy game. But that seemed different. It's casual, it's cold and has a strange charm that makes you want to play just another match. Also, it's fun to see your team grow over time. I already have some favorite players and I'm starting to build a squad that really works together. It is slow progress, but it is satisfactory.

Final thoughts?
Try If you like games that allow you to think a little, or like football, or even if you like to collect cards - a shot in the Genesis League. You don't have to spend money to enjoy, and there is a good learning curve that makes things interesting. Just don't choose your team based on haircuts like me. Thanks for reading. If you played too, let me know how was your first match. I'm still discovering things, so I would love to hear your tips!
