My First Mooncarts Race experience. I crashed badly.

So… I finally jumped into my first Mooncarts race.
And wow, I was not ready for that madness.

I’d seen screenshots and short clips, but playing it myself? Totally different. Everything moves fast. Like, really fast. And the tracks? Twisty, shiny, full of traps, and a bit evil if you ask me.

I picked a random cart—didn’t even bother checking stats—and hit the race button like a total noob. No warm-up, no tutorial, just vibes. Probably not the smartest move.

The race started and everyone zoomed past like pros. I barely moved. I was still figuring out how to steer while they were drifting like they owned the galaxy. I crashed into a wall before the first turn. Not once—like, three times.

But here’s the thing: it was fun.
Stupid, messy, chaotic fun.

I somehow grabbed a power-up, but I had no clue what it did. I clicked it anyway—instantly teleported. Straight into another wall. Classic me.
At one point, I was actually in 5th place (out of 8, but still!). I thought I was finally doing something right. Then someone blasted me with a rocket and I flew off the track. Again.

By the time the race ended, I was 7th. My poor little Mooncart probably needs therapy after all that crashing.

But even with the mess-ups, it felt good.
I laughed a lot. I got hyped. I want to race again.

I still don’t understand how some players are that good. They zoom through the track like it’s second nature, hitting every boost, dodging every trap. I’m over here just trying to stay on the road.

But hey, it’s only my first race.
I’ll get better. Probably. Hopefully.

Until then, I’ll just keep crashing in style.
