Mochaccino & Barquillas EN/ES.
Hello everyone...
I hope you are doing great and starting the week with full energy. In my case it was like that, I already feel much better than all the anxiety I was going through last week, and now I am much more focused and willing to overcome myself. I have started a new project that I hope will bring a lot of good things, but I will talk about them when I have made good progress.
But in this publication, I wanted to tell you about my experience trying a coffee that I had never had the opportunity to try, either because they did not sell it in my city or because I had no one to go with me to have a cup. But since I now have these two options at my disposal, I wanted to venture out and try a different cup of coffee every week and share the experience with you.

Yesterday I went with my beloved wife to do the shopping for the week, and since I know that the stress and pressure we have been going through affects her much more, I wanted to please her and give her a special moment to renew her strength. So we visited Dark Coffee again after shopping to try new exciting flavors of coffee, this time I ordered a delicious Mochaccino and my wife ordered a Barquilla, as it was getting very hot (about 34 degrees Celsius) and she wanted something refreshing.
The Barquilla my wife ordered cost 6.5 BS which would be about $1.4 but it weighed almost half a kilo, so the price was well worth it. In my case, I wanted some coffee because since we had gone out early to do the shopping due to the danger of the strong sun rays at noon, I wanted something to wake me up and take away the overdue sleep I was having.
And as I mentioned before, I had never, ever in my life tried a Mochaccino, so I gave it a try. I talked to the barista to explain the ingredients and asked permission to take pictures of the process, to which he agreed. I think that being a barista is quite an art since seeing up close the way they create a good coffee with great style makes you appreciate these details.
The barista began by heating the milk, I want to point out that in this place they use pure cow's milk, that is to say, milk without chemical treatment since in this city there are many farms around, the sale of milked milk is very common, besides this milked milk gives it a unique touch of flavor.

After the milk was boiling, the barista compressed coffee and put it in the machine to make a good juice, if you notice some inconsistencies in my explanation of how he made the coffee, understand that I have no idea how to make coffee in a machine hahaha. After he had filled half of the cup with a very strong coffee, he added 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and whipped it to mix, it made this little place filled with a very tasty smell.
And by boiling the milk, but without cutting the cream, he proceeded to make a heart drawing on the cup and then decorated the whole cup with a Hershey's chocolate syrup, although I know that the chocolate decoration is carried by the cup on the outside, I did not like it since I almost could not take advantage of this very tasty chocolate hahaha.
The result after waiting 3 minutes was a beautifully decorated coffee with an unbeatable smell and an explosion of flavor with every sip. And while my beloved wife was eating her basket little by little I was drinking the coffee and enjoying each sip and trying to taste and train my palate to recognize all the flavors.
It was undoubtedly a wonderful experience to drink for the first time in my life a Mochaccino with a special person, it was a moment that will remain in my life forever. Next Sunday I hope to try a different coffee, as the barista pointed out a wide range of unique flavors and aromas.
By the way, this regular cup of coffee cost 10 BS which would be approximately $2.16, I know it is a bit pricey but it is worth the whole moment. Please comment how much a regular cup of Mochaccino coffee costs where you live to make the comparison.

i am interested in tasting coffee with fresh cows milk straight from the cow. It would be an experience to have. Though it is difficult to get here in the suburb areas. Nothing beats chocolate and coffee though the taste is beautiful.
That's true bro, well when you try the coffee with freshly milked milk let me know what you thought, thank you very much for commenting 👍😅😃

Hello @fabian98, it was interesting to see the process of making the Machaccino drink, and the one your wife had sounded pretty fancy too.
I tend to stick to black coffee or cappuccinos, but I still like to keep up-to-date with all the drinks.
I'm happy to hear that this week has started out better for you.
Have a nice day:)
Hello, thank you very much for your comment 😃.
Yes? What do you recommend me to take for the next one?
Ah, that's hard to say because coffee shops and outlets do produce individual fancy drinks. However, I'm eager to try a cortado coffee :)
