Hello everyone...

I hope you are doing well and have had a relaxing vacation, despite all the alarming situations around the world, but today I wanted to share with you my latest achievement, an acquisition that will help me to improve my work in Hive 100%. A new laptop is more functional and with more capacity with which I can play steam games and better share my experience in this community.

But before I start I wanted to thank enormously those curators who voted and valued my publications, because thanks to that work are that I have been able to achieve this goal, also thanks to the communities that give me the opportunity to share quality content and all users who comment and also give their vote. Besides, this is proof that anyone who wants to join Hive can have the possibility to achieve something like this and much more, since this system is sustainable and real, and it is changing lives.

As I have already let you know on other occasions, my previous computer was a laptop that the Venezuelan government gives to students, of course, my Canaima, as it is known, was not given to me by anyone, I had to buy it haha. But, although I acquired the latest generation of these Canaima, it did not have enough processing power, as it was very basic and limited. In addition, Google Chrome no longer showed me Hive, Leofinance, or any other Dapp defi, and as that is the most important thing in the work I do every day, I saw that it was time to change it.

But I had a somewhat limited budget from a Power Down I've been doing, so I had to find something decent that didn't cost more than $250, and of course, it's difficult in ultra-expensive Venezuela. Since a computer that in other countries doesn't cost more than $200 here costs $600 or more and doesn't have such good features.

So I was forced to look for other options in the market, and the refurbished options looked very good since they had good features for a more affordable price. And on the Instagram store @ConputodoMCY was offering on sale prices for Valentine's Day a Lenovo X140e laptop for $210 plus $11 shipping. Plus, the features of 8GB of RAM and an AMD processor caught my attention.

So I ordered it and it arrived 3 days later, and for me, it was the most anxious 3 days since I didn't know if I was going to get a brick or a laptop case. But when I went to the post office I verified that my package had arrived and that it was the right weight and size, and I opened it at work and was surprised how good my first top-of-the-line laptop bought by me looked.

When I opened it I realized the high degree of care with which they pack it in conputodomcy, as the shipping companies treat packages like balloons, and how they would not be held responsible if my laptop is damaged due to mishandling during shipping. Although it does get a little nerve-wracking trying to remove all the protection from the packaging lol.

Right off the bat, it has a very sleek design, in terms of the cover and the way the keys are laid out, it has 3 UBS ports and a VGA input for an external monitor, and one HDMI. The battery has a long life despite being used. Something that will cost me a lot to adapt will be in the case of the right and left click, which in my previous computer I had at the bottom, but in this one, they are on top of the mouse sensor.

Something that came as a gift for the purchase of this laptop was a charger of several AA rechargeable batteries, and although I have many years that I do not buy AA batteries I know that at some point I could be useful haha. The charger for this laptop is extremely delicate, my boss explained to me that if I damaged it I would have a hard time getting it because it is a 10 volt charger and it can be easily damaged.

The laptop originally works with Windows 8 pro, but I asked him to change it to Windows 10, although it cost me a little to adapt since all my life I have been on the Windows 7 team, it was time to upgrade to a more modern system.

This laptop has specifically the OS Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 64-bit, has 8 GB of RAM as I mentioned at the beginning, but usable has 6.79GB, and a processor AMD E1-2500 APU 2-core with a maximum frequency of 1.40 GHz, as I do not know much about AMD processors I could investigate that this processor E1-2500 APU has characteristics somewhat similar to Intel's i3.

I am very happy with my purchase, as I am one more proof of what Hive can do for each of us, and although it has been years of work and sacrifice every moment I use this computer will have been worth it, later I plan to continue improving my equipment with which I create content every day for Hive and its communities. In addition, I also hope to share content, as I have read that this processor can run games like COD MW, God Of War 2 among others that, although they are not new, if they have a lot to offer.

Hola a todos...

Espero que estén muy bien y que hayan tenido unos días de vacaciones relajantes, a pesar de toda la situación de alarma que se vive al rededor del mundo, Pero hoy quería compartir con ustedes mi más reciente logro, una adquisición que me ayudara a mejorar mi trabajo en Hive en un 100%. Una nueva laptop más funcional y con mayor capacidad con la cual puedo jugar juegos de steam y compartir mejor mi experiencia en esta comunidad.

Pero antes de empezar quería agradecer enormemente a aquellos curadores que votaron y valoraron mis publicaciones, ya que gracias a ese trabajo es que he podido lograr este objetivo, además gracias a las comunidades que dan la oportunidad de compartir contenido de calidad y a todos los usuarios que comentan y también dan su voto. Además, esto es una prueba de que cualquiera que quiera ingresar a Hive puede tener la posibilidad de lograr algo así y mucho más, ya que este sistema es sustentable y totalmente real, y está cambiando vidas.

Como ya lo he hecho saber en otras ocasiones, mi anterior computadora era una laptop que le regala el gobierno de Venezuela a los estudiantes, claro mi Canaima como se le conoce no me la regalo nadie yo la tuve que comprar jaja. Pero, aunque yo adquirí la última generación de estas Canaima, no tenía suficiente poder de procesamiento, ya que era algo muy básico y limitado. Además, el Google Chrome ya no me mostraba Hive, Leofinance ni ninguna otra Dapp defi, y como eso es lo más importante en el trabajo que hago todos los días, vi que ya era tiempo de cambiarla.

Pero tenía un presupuesto algo limitado de un Power Down que he estado haciendo, así que tenía que encontrar algo decente y que no costara más de $250, y claro es difícil en la Venezuela de lo ultra caro. Ya que una computadora que en otros países no cuesta más de $200 aquí cuesta $600 o más y no tiene características tan buenas.

Por eso me vi forzado a buscar otras opciones en el mercado, y las opciones refurbished se veían muy bien, ya que tenían buenas características por un precio más accesible. Y en la tienda de Instagram @ConputodoMCY estaba ofreciendo en precios de oferta por el día de los enamorados una laptop Lenovo X140e por $210 más $11 el envió. Además, las caracterizas de 8GB de RAM y un procesador AMD me llamaron mucho la atención.

Así que la pedí y me llego 3 días después, y para mi fueron los 3 días más angustiantes ya que no sabía si me iba a llegar un ladrillo o la carcasa de una laptop. Pero al pasar por la oficina de correo verifiqué que había llegado mi paquete y que tenía el peso y tamaño adecuado, y lo abrí en el trabajo y me sorprendió lo bien que se veía mi primera laptop de mayor categoría comprada por mí.

Cuando la abrí me di cuenta de el alto grado de cuidado con la embalan en conputodomcy, ya que las compañías de envíos tratan los paquetes como si fueran balones, y como no se harían responsables si se me daña la laptop por un mal trato durante el envío. Aunque sí que es un poco desesperante tratar de quitar toda la protección del embalaje lol.

De entrada, tiene un diseño muy elegante, en cuanto a la cubierta y la mera en que están distribuidas las teclas, tiene 3 puertos UBS y entrada VGA para un monitor externo y uno HDMI. La batería tiene una gran duración a pesar de ser usada. Algo que si me costara bastante adaptarme será en el caso del clic derecho e izquierdo, que en mi anterior computadora los tenía en la parte de abajo, pero en esta están en la parte superior del sensor del ratón.

Algo que me vino como un regalo por la compra de esta laptop fue un cargador de varias AA recargables, y aunque tengo muchos años que no compro baterías AA sé que en algún momento me podría ser útil jaja. El cargador de esta laptop es sumamente delicado, mi jefe me explico que si se me dañaba me iba a costar mucho conseguirlo debido a que es de 10 voltios y que se puede dañar con facilidad.

La laptop originalmente funciona con Windows 8 pro, pero yo le pedí que le cambiaran a Windows 10, aunque me costara un poco adaptarme ya que toda mi vida he sido del team Windows 7, pero ya era hora de actualizarse a un sistema más moderno.

Esta laptop tiene en específico el OS Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC de 64 bits, cuenta con 8 GB de RAM como comenté al principio, pero utilizable tiene 6,79GB, y un procesador AMD E1-2500 APU de 2 núcleos con una frecuencia máxima de 1.40 GHz, como yo no sé mucho de procesadores AMD pude investigar que este procesador E1-2500 APU tiene características algo similares al i3 de Intel.

Yo estoy muy contento con mi compra, ya que soy una prueba más de lo que Hive puede hacer por cada uno de nosotros, y aunque han sido años de trabajo y sacrificio cada momento que use esta computadora habrá valido la pena, más adelante planeo seguir mejorando mi equipo con el que creo contenido todos los días para Hive y sus comunidades. Además, también espero compartir contenido, ya que he leído que este procesador puede correr juegos como COD MW, God Of War 2 entre otros que, aunque no son nuevos, si tienen mucho que ofrecer.

Para concluir quería agradecer a todas aquellas personas y curadores que leen y votan mis publicaciones, ya que gracias a su trabajo es que usuarios como yo podemos lograr cosas como esta y más.
