Hello friends,
Happy new week to you all, it's been a wonderful sunny day, I hope you are all having a great time. Today I would be entering the splinterland contest again with another coloured drawing of Qid Yuff. Remaking splinterland characters atimes can be interesting.

I would to say congratulation to all the winners of last week's contest it was a wonderful one and I'm glad I'm part of it.

Today's drawing is all about the splinterland character Qid Yuff, I started the drawing with a rough sketch which I started to colour from the left eyes also using my 10B pencil to drawing out the lines and curves also to make dark tones. I gradually made my way to the second eye through the nose, added the ears, mouth. Picking what colour to use in other to generate a particular effect was actually difficult but I had some experience with pencil crayons beforehand. After that I drew his mouth which took a lot of time because of the details around it. Then I went on to draw out the chin, hair and necklace. It's was a wonderful experience and I can't wait to try out more characters.
