Greetings to all my fellow players around the world and to Splinterlands. This weeks Community Engagement Challenge is all about Underdog Victories.

I am playing Splinterlands using Bronze Level Deck as of the moment. Being underdog is normal for me since my card is at bottom level. Let me give you my share of being victor over the top dog.

My opponents card level here is in between Silver and Gold, while mine is somewhere between Novice and Bronze level. I am in a difficult position here, obviously at a big disadvantage from HP, ability, and damage. When I see a big difference on level I don't expect anymore to win and will just move on to new battle.

That is the purpose of this button😅. An easy escape from the reality of loosing.

But sometimes the outcome that we are expecting turns out to be the opposite when it shows BAM!😃

END OF ROUND ONE

Zagrul, my damage absorber has already died after round 1. He serves his purpose, as you can see in th photo two of my opponents unit is already poisoned. I like zagrul being 8 mana only, has huge HP and has an armor as well, has 1 magic damage, but thats all I need from him. He is very reliable at the back end with his Taunt Ability. I would recommend it to have another unit with Triage Ability.

While Zagrul died the enemy also have casualty, Commander Slade was also killed by my team. Even with his military acumen and knowledge of Belurocian strategy he is still no match with magic power. We both have 5 Units left. But now the tide has change since his most reliable tank vanished and two of his damager are now poisoned, Captain Fellblade and Tidal Tsunamist. I just realise that my enemies strategy was to attack me by surprise from behind using those two assasins, unfortunately I have Zagrul with taunt ability and also at the last position. His body is built for war, he doesn't flinch. He doesn’t dodge. He stands and lets the pain in.

END OF ROUND TWO

Going forward, Captain Fellblade fell from the hands of Thanalorian Scion and of course he is poisoned so there is nothing he can do but accept her untimely death. Not even the infamous pirate can survive the rekentless attact of my troops and poison, afterall shes still a human.
Another victim of poison is Stampeding Calf. The Ulund is not immune to poison, he will die too without realizing it, but my Pickle will sing him a song as a final honor before hisnlast breath.
Argarux Magus will not be spare as well, his bloodlust did not deliver from what is expected.
My Abyssal Elemental, the formless beings of raw aquatic power, proves once again that he deserves to be in the frontline.

ROUND FOUR THE FINALITY OF UNDERDOG VICTORY!

Now with only Sultry Barmade left with my enemys line up, defeat is enevitable for him, and victory is mine. She will not resist anymore, but my troops will have no mercy at her, even if she can't attack, victory can only be achieve by annihilating the enemy.
