5 Quick Wins to Boost Your Daily Quest Success
Playing Splinterlands can be a rewarding mix of strategy and chance—especially when it comes to daily quests. Here are five proven tips to help you clear more quests, earn more experience (XP) and rewards, and level up faster.
Pick the Right Splinter
Each quest specifies a Splinter (Fire, Water, Earth, etc.). Check which Splinter gives the “easiest” matchups for your collection. If your strongest cards are in Fire, focus on Fire quests even if the bonus XP is slightly lower—that consistency will rack up wins more reliably.
Balance Power and Cost
Before jumping into battle, sort your deck by mana cost. Aim for a mix of low-cost cards (to guarantee play in low‐mana matches) and a couple of high‐impact cards (for bonus statistics like Sneak or Blast). This blend ensures you’re competitive across different mana caps.
Utilize Untamed and Chaos Legions
Cards from Untamed and Chaos Legions sets often have stronger abilities at lower mint counts. If you’re leasing or borrowing cards, these can give you an edge without breaking the bank. Scout the market for 1–3 mana creatures with “Opportunity” or “Fury” to snowball early victories.
Join Practice Leagues
If you’re just building XP, practice matches in Silver or Gold leagues can be safer for testing builds. You won’t earn DEC, but you’ll still collect quest wins and standard XP, helping you refine strategies without risking ranking DEC.
Track Your Quest Metrics
Use a simple spreadsheet or a tool like Splinterlands Builder (browser extension) to log your wins per Splinter. Over time, you’ll see patterns—maybe Water quests take you twice as many tries as Earth. Then you can adjust your focus to maximize efficiency.
