Hello Hive friends, I hope you are doing well. I know that the topic of NFT games is very exciting as it is a very new and controversial industry at the same time; since they had their BOOM last year in mid-August with the great growth of Axie Infinity, there have been many that have come out and unfortunately few have remained in the market. We as Hivers have the joy of being able to count on our blockchain with one of the most solid games in this area and with others that are in development; however we know that in this world of crypto you have to diversify investments, so today I bring you a new option in which if it is of personal taste you could bet on that project.
Last year, specifically in the month of September, I came across a project called Chivas Farming; at that time NFT Games were at their peak and I was looking for a jewel. The project had terrible references and even when I shared it with a circle of friends who played axie and more or less knew about crypto, they told me not to get involved because the "developers " were going to flee when the pre-sale was over. To make a long story short, it has been almost six months since that happened and finally tomorrow will be launched the beta tesnet for a few members who have been betting on the project for a long time. This is the second project that I bring to Hive and I do it because it has brought me a lot of confidence, in fact in all these months the developers have forged a pretty solid community with a pretty efficient communication and meeting the deadlines that are broken down in their Whitepaper.
The game will be based firstly on farming as its name says; the moment when the idea of its creation arose was when Plant vs Undead was at its prime, and seeing that most of this type of game fails they have had to restructure the economic model so that it lasts over time and becomes one of the best projects in the industry. Subsequently, the game intends to bring out a Chivasverse referring to the multiverse that is currently in fashion, in which there are several game modes and its token has utility both inside and outside its ecosystem; realistically it is something very difficult to create but not impossible, it only remains to see how everything will continue to be demonstrated.
One of the things I like the most about their approach is the importance they have given to keep the project long-lived; normally this kind of games have a fairly short Roi of about 12 or 20 days, something that makes an economy unsustainable and even less so when there is no important utility in the main token. On the other hand, it seems that the Chivas team has realized that the games that have lasted a little longer have been of longer Roi. Here I will attach some information taken from their telegram to give you an idea of how this aspect will be handled.
The Roi with one NFT is 3 months, with 2 NFT's or more it is 2 months and if you do not have NFT you will not be able to withdraw money from the game. This is with the Chiváculo active, but when the Chiváculo is deactivated, El Roi can change a lot... The payback of the investment can be for less time. By deactivating it will increase our profits greatly.
Chivaculo? Yes friends, as you probably know the oracle became very famous and seemed to be for a long time the economic savior of the NFT games but nothing could be further from the truth. The positive point of the oracle was to always keep the profit and game entry stable while in the free economy ones, the more the token went up the more you won but the more difficult it was to enter due to the high costs; however this work team has made a hybrid between the two systems to protect its economy and provide security to investors. The chivaculo will control the income by making a profit variation up or down, everything will depend on the price of your Chiv token. All this information is available in their Whitepaper.
Although farming games are usually very simple, this one will have many additions to make it more attractive, utilitarian and strategic. Diverse enemies, diseases, pósimas, minerals, synergies, among others, are some of the features that can be found in this game.
Why does it give me security?
Well talking about security in the crypto world is very complicated but even more when we talk about NFT Games because there have already been many antecedents of very bad cases around them, but here I will name a few things that made me bet on this project:
- Meeting deadlines.
- Very active developers making several ama, showing their face and attesting their true existence.
- Solid community (I think the most difficult thing to achieve).
- Time, work and dedication (even though it has been developed for about 5 months, we have seen the great progress that the project has made).
I am neither part of the project, nor am I being paid for this publication, much less is it investment advice, just my impressions of a project that I bet on from the beginning and that day by day has shown commitment to its community. Hola amigos de Hive espero que se encuentren muy bien. Se que el tema de los juegos NFT es muy apasionante ya que es una industria muy nueva y controversial a la vez; desde que tuvieron su BOOM el año pasado a mediados de agosto con el gran crecimiento de Axie Infinity, han Sido muchos los que han salido y que lamentablemente pocos se han mantenido en el mercado. Nosotros como Hivers tenemos la dicha de poder contar en nuestra cadena de bloques con uno de los juegos más sólidos de todo este ámbito y con otros que van en desarrollo; sin embargo sabemos que en esto mundo de las cripto hay que diversificar las inversiones, por eso les traigo hoy una nueva opción en la que si es de gusto personal se pudiera apostar por ese proyecto.
El año pasado específicamente en el mes de septiembre me topé con proyecto llamado Chivas Farming; por esos tiempos estaban como en su punto más algido los NFT Games y yo estaba en la búsqueda de una joya. El proyecto tenía pésimas referencias y hasta cuando lo compartí con un círculo de amigos que jugaban axie y más o menos sabían de cripto me dijeron que no me metiera porque lo más seguro es que al culminar la preventa se iban a fugar los "desarolladores". Para no hacer el cuento muy largo pues ya han pasado casi seis meses desde que eso ocurrió y por fin mañana será lanzado el beta tesnet para unos cuantos miembros que ya llevan tiempo apostando por el proyecto. Este es el segundo proyecto que traigo a Hive y lo hago porque me ha traído mucha confianza, de hecho en todos estos meses los desarrolladores han forjado una comunidad bastante sólida te iendo una comunicación bastante eficiente y cumpliendo los plazos que están desglosados en su Whitepaper.
El juego se basará primeramente en un farming tal cual dice su nombre; el momento en el que surgió la idea de su creación fue cuando Plant vs Undead estaba en su prime, y pues al ver que la mayoría de este tipo de juego fracasa han tenido que reestructurar mucho el modelo económico para que perdure en el tiempo y se convierta en uno de los mejores proyectos en su industria. Posteriormente el juego pretende sacar un Chivasverso haciendo referencia a los multiverso que hoy día están de moda, en el cual se encuentren varias modalidades de juego y su token tenga utilidad tanto adentro como afuera de su ecosistema; siendo realistas es algo muy difícil de crear pero no imposible, solo queda ver cómo se seguirá demostrando todo.
Una de las cosas que más me gusta de todo su planteamiento es la importancia que han dado a mantener longevo el proyecto; normalmente este tipo de juegos cuentan con un Roi bastante corto de unos 12 o 20 días, algo que hacer ser insostenible una economía y mucho menos cuando no hay una utilidad importante en el token principal. Por su parte parece que el equipo de Chivas se ha dado cuenta que los juegos que han perdurado un poco más de tiempo han sido de Rois más largo. Aquí les anexaré una información sacada de su telegram para que tengan una idea de cómo se manejará este aspecto.
El Roi con una NFT es de 3 meses, con 2 NFT's o más es de 2 meses y si no posees NFT no podrás retirar dinero del juego. Ésto con el Chiváculo activo, pero al desactivarse el Chiváculo, El Roi puede cambiar mucho... La recuperación de la inversión puede ser por menos tiempo. Al desactivarse aumentará nuestras ganancias en gran manera.
¿Chivaculo? Si amigos, como seguramente saben el oráculo se hizo muy famoso y pareció ser por un buen tiempo en el salvador económico de los juegos NFT pero nada más alejado de la realidad. El punto positivo del oráculo era mantener siempre estable la ganancia y entrada de juego mientras que en los de economía libre, mientras más subía el token más se ganaba pero más difícil era entrar por los altos costos; no obstante este equipo de trabajo ha realizado un híbrido entre los dos sistemas para proteger su economía y brindar seguridad a los inversores. El chivaculo controlará los ingresos haciendo una variación de ganancias a la alta o a la baja, todo dependerá del precio de su token Chiv. Toda esta información está disponible en su Whitepaper.
A pesar que los juegos de farming suelen ser muy sencillo, este contara con muchas añadiduras para hacerlo más atractivo, utilitario y estratégico. Diversos enemigos, enfermedades, pósimas, minerales, sinergias, entre otras, son una de las cuentas características que podemos encontrar adentro de este juego.
¿Por qué me da seguridad?
Bueno hablar de seguridad en el mundo cripto es muy complicado pero más aún cuando hablamos de los NFT Games porque ya han habido muchos antecedentes de casos muy malos en torno a ellos, pero aquí nombraré algunas cuantas cosas que me han hecho apostar a este proyecto:
- Cumplimiento de los plazos.
- Desarrolladores muy activos haciendo varios ama, dando la cara y dando fe de si verdadera existencia.
- Comunidad sólida (creo que lo más difícil de alcanzar)
- Tiempo, trabajo y dedicación (a pesar que ya lleva unos 5 meses su desarrollo vemos visto los grandes avances que ha te ido el proyecto).
No formo ni parte del proyecto, ni me están pagando por esta publicación ni mucho menos es consejo de inversión, solo mis impresiones por un proyecto al que aposté desde su inicio y que día a día ha demostrado compromiso con su comunidad. I'm looking forward to the day when we can sit down and play a fully developed NFT/Blockchain game instead of having to rely on devs actually following their roadmaps. This does sound decent though.
Well, I had seen that UFC had allied with a game developer company to create one of that franchise; we are already seeing that little by little the big ones are getting involved and consolidating this industry. However, while everything stabilizes, we can take advantage of other "good" projects that are coming out.
This seems a pretty interesting game. I will give this one a try.

También solía investigar sobre estas cosas, pero hay que leerse bien la tokenomía, porque deben atraer a las ballenas, pero no deben dejar que las ballenas arruinen la economía, lo cual es difícil porque son las mismas quienes pueden arruinarlo.
Ojalah al menos terminen creando más juegos como Star Atlas, hay muchas cosas que aún no se saben al respecto sobre el mismo, pero al menos si llegase a ser un RPG completo al estilo de los triple A como WOW o algún otro, pues siempre hubiese gente dispuesta a invertir, quizás medidas de retiro limitado de fondos y KYC para jugar lo hagan rentable.
En fin, buen post, estudiaré este proyecto más a fondo a ver que onda.
