Introduction

Since my start on Splinterlands, I struggled with making an efficient strategy on ranged attacks. Too often I fall into the trap of ranged attacked units reaching the first position when the strategy in the front line does not perform well.
So I started focusing on magic attacks first and then on melee attacks, losing I guess some major advantages in the game.

I shared a video on my team that seemed to fail from the beginning. It is painful to watch... 🔻
However, due to the ranged attack line of the opponent in the middle of round 3, the battle shifted as ranged attack units kept reaching the first position, securing the final victory.
