I hope everyone has a better day than mine, a sunny day in my town and with some heat, a temperature of 25°C, quite hot for the average.

Not a very good day for me, I had a meeting with my tenants, and we could not reach any satisfactory arrangement, I have several defaulting tenants who refuse to pay the rent, in my country, private property does not seem to exist, taxes are higher every day and if they do not pay how can I pay my taxes, at least I have two tenants who have behaved up to par and I can lead a somewhat acceptable life, I studied business administration and when a business does not work you have to change the branch or close it and deliver the leased premises, I think it would be logical.
I am alive, a little upset, but it will pass.
