Musicians For The bWO Theme In ECW

The Blue World Order (bWo) started as a parody at ECW's November to Remember 1996. Right away the group, comprised of Big Stevie Cool (Stevie Richards) and Hollywood Nova and Da Blue Guy (The Blue Meanie), had their own theme music. It was similar to the nWo group in WCW of which the bWo was doing the parody.

The music was made by The Swamp Candles, a band based in Philadelphia. Here is more about the band and its music for the bWo in ECW:

Here is the clip of the bWo's debut that night in November 1996:

Stevie Richards' (Big Stevie Cool's) opponent that night was David Tyler Morton Jericho, who later became Kid Kash.

According to Wikipedia, these wrestlers and valets were members of the Blue World Order at least once:

Da Blue Guy: parody of "The Bad Guy" Scott Hall (portrayed by The Blue Meanie)
Big Stevie Cool: parody of "Big Daddy Cool" Kevin Nash (portrayed by Stevie Richards)
Hollywood Nova: parody of Hollywood Hogan (portrayed by Nova)
Thomas "The Inchworm" Rodman: parody of "The Worm" Dennis Rodman (portrayed by Thomas Harris)
7-11 (also known as 3 ½): parody of Syxx (portrayed by Rob Feinstein)
Stink: parody of Sting (portrayed by Corporal Punishment)
Chastity: valet of the bWo
Lori Fullington: valet of the bWo
Tyler Fullington: associate of the bWo (real-life son of Lori Fullington)
bWo Japan: parody of nWo Japan (composed of Taka Michinoku, Terry Boy, and Dick Togo)

The bWo concept has always seemed really funny and creative. ECW’s parody style was unique even back then, and their debut music and presentation made the whole scene memorable.

They had tried several things before this regarding spoofs/parodies including imitating Public Enemy, Baron Von Raschke, KISS, Lord Stevie, and Stevie Alexander Bagwell: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stevie_Richards

They weren't sure if the bWo spoof would work, but the crowd loved it right away - with no advance warning - as seen in the video. Later on their "commercials" on ECW TV made fans laugh even more, and this helped offer the "something for everyone" aspect of ECW at the time. Their humor helped offset the intensity and hardcore style as part of the bigger presentation for ECW.

Here is their funny "Christmas In New York" spoof where Stevie superkicked Santa Claus:
