Thats a lot of cards! Will it just be some of these to be delivered? Seems like this is the most expensive +1 on the list.

The list of Technology/Prevention cards is also a list of all the quests so far. To deliver one quest you need to deliver the given amount of the specific Technology. The post has already been updated with this information (e.g. 2x Open Source is 1 quest = +1 point).
