MOON - what happens next

I need to write a quick post for everyone. Anyone playing moon and having fun:

Keep playing!

Universe 1 continues, its fun and if you are having fun, keep building. We will have a new "post-season" mission out this week, I am already working on it.

If you hear something like "the game is over", what that really means is that the win condition was achieved, and this indicates a new phase of the game. Let me explain.

Rewards

There are some rewards to distribute, in PIZZA tokens. You can read more about that here, and it will take us a few days to do all the accounting and send. A snapshot has already been taken.

If you get some rewards, you can still deposit in game for pizzabits, you can still use the swap pool, you can still stake your PIZZA.

On-chain rewardification

One of the developments I am most excited about, on-chain rewardification, is still live on @moon.records. Get in a big battle or achieve a record, among other things, and you can be eligible for votes - if you use the username of your linked Hive account. Check it out, I think its quite next level.

This will continue for Universe 1, and there is a lot of things we want to tweak and test about it.

Will there be a Season 2 or another universe?

Yes!

I have no more additional information about this, at this time, but along with universe 1 still in operation, we like this game so much that we want to play it again, from the beginning.

Its a very fun game, with a lot of strategic depth, and a lot of different strategies. The most important part for me, for all of us, is that as many players and types of players as possible can have fun playing. It's a game!

So, I can just keep playing?

YES!!

Have fun, protect your planets, raid some inactives, and generally - build your space empire how you like. We will announce a new universe start date "soon", with some lead time, but we will not be deprecating this universe within the near future. We have done a lot of the work on "the multiverse" this season, thanks to the tireless work of @hivetrending.
