Can we protect ourselves from inflation with crypto?

Cryptocurrencies can definitely save our lives in an inflation, but that depends on the cryptocurrency, especially Bitcoin (BTC) or Ethereum (ETH) which are stable currencies and always tend to raise their price considerably over the years.

This may be the best thing to relieve us from inflation, but from my personal point of view, I prefer to invest in gold guys, why? because it is simply less volatile than cryptocurrencies.

There are countries, especially in Latin America, that use cryptocurrencies to protect themselves from inflation, and even all businesses should accept cryptocurrencies, but this is not very profitable for many governments. From my point of view cryptocurrencies have helped many people to protect themselves from inflation, even cryptocurrencies are more like an investment asset for many expert traders.

The solution is something very clear to see, especially in a bull market, for example, when we have a bear market the best thing to do is to buy a cryptocurrency and wait for its price to rise and generate a considerable return for you guys.
