[ES/EN] Splinterlands Community Engagement Challenge - Inaugural Land Card Edition | New cards and New mechanics

The Splinterlands team has been working at full speed these past few months, bringing the new tutorial mode from Campaign, the Foundations cards, Frontier (a new mode exclusive to Foundations cards), new Rulesets, and many new cards such as the reward cards from the Conclave Arcana set and Extra cards. All of this is focused on the core gameplay of Splinterlands, but now it's Land's turn. This lesser-known but important aspect of Splinterlands plays a key role, and this week's Splinterlands Community Engagement Challenge was themed around the Inaugural Land Card Edition, showcasing what's coming to Land, including new mechanics, new resources, and new cards to boost player land production. And despite not being very involved in this aspect of Splinterlands because I can't invest enough, I'm intrigued by many of the things that happen there and how they affect other parts of the game. This expansion particularly interested me because of the arrival of specialized cards like workers:

El equipo de Splinterlands ha estado trabajando a máxima potencia estos últimos meses trayendo desde Campaign el nuevo modo de tutoriales, las tarjetas Foundations,Frontier un nuevo modo de exclusivo para las tarjetas Foundations, nuevas Rulesets, muchas tarjetas nuevas como las tarjetas de recompensan del conjunto Conclave Arcana y las tarjetas Extra todo esto último enfocado a la parte de juego directo de Splinterlands pero ahora le toca a Land la parte menos conocida pero que tiene un papel importante en el ambiente de Splinterlands y el Splinterlands Community Engagement Challenge de esta semana tuvo la temática de Inaugural Land Card Edition con lo nuevo que se viene para Land desde mecánicas nuevas, nuevos recursos y nuevas tarjetas para potenciar la producción de las tierras de los jugadores. Y a pesar de yo no estar muy involucrado es este aspecto de Splinterlands por no poder invertir lo suficiente, me llama la atención muchas de las cosas que pasan allí y como afectan a otras partes del juego, esta expansión me intereso mucho por la llegada de tarjetas especializadas como trabajadores:

These cards can be created with Cinder, an element obtained by destroying cards that give Dec when burned. This means you'll have to decide whether to destroy cards you use in Ranked to get these Land Cards (or destroy cards you don't use). They will have a level and rarity system (Common, rare, epic, legendary) similar to other cards, where the higher the rarity, the lower the maximum levels.

Estas tarjetas se podrán crear con Cinder un elemento que se consigue al destruir tarjetas que dan Dec al quemarse esto significa que se tendrá que decidir si destruir tarjetas que usas en Ranked para conseguir estas Land Cards (o destruir las tarjetas que no usas) y tendrán un sistema de niveles y rarezas (Common, rare, epic, legendary) parecidos a las demás tarjetas donde entre mayor rareza tendrá menos niveles máximos.

With new skills that will give them a bonus, and this is where it differs from the other cards in the game: when you level up, instead of increasing stats, you increase bonus percentages or gain new skills, and those skills are:

Con nuevas habilidades que les darán una bonificación y aquí es donde tiene un cambio con respecto a las demás tarjetas del juego donde al subir de nivel en vez de tener aumento de estadísticas al subir de nivel aumenta los porcentajes de bonificaciones o ganan nuevas habilidades y esas habilidades son:

• Bountiful (Grain, Wood, Stone…)
• Energized
• Rationing
• Dark Discount
• Toil & Kin (Bloodline)
• Labor's Luck: an ability that gives you the possibility of obtaining the best Foils Land Cards.

Each card will have its own combination of these skills, and the percentages will have their own rules, with some stacking and others not. Each card will have its own specific rules for producing each resource, and here are the cards shown so far:

Cada tarjeta tendrá su combinación de estas habilidades y los porcentajes tendrá sus reglas donde algunos se podrán acumular y otros no. Con sus reglas particulares para producir cada recurso y aquí están las tarjetas mostradas hasta ahora:

For now, these are the only ones that have been shown, but they certainly won't be the only ones, and they may just be the first set of Land Cards. We may see more sets with a wider variety of abilities and other bonus percentages, but ultimately, these cards add a new layer of depth to the management and administration system that players will have to organize their resources and cards to optimize investments and profits.

Por ahora estas son las únicas que se mostraron pero que seguro no serán las únicas y que posiblemente sean solo el primer conjunto de Land Cards y que podremos ver más conjuntos con más variedad de habilidades y otros porcentajes de bonificación, pero, en definitiva, estas tarjetas agregan una nueva capa de profundidad en el sistema de gestión y administración que los jugadores tendrán para organizar sus recursos y tarjetas para optimizar las inversiones y sus ganancias.

One thing that I find striking about these cards is the designs and artwork, which I find very beautiful, especially those of the Epic and Legendary cards. I would like to see them in battles, perhaps with abilities related to their roles in the Land.

Un punto que me parece llamativo en estas tarjetas son los diseños y artes que me parecen muy bonitas en especial las de las Epic y Legendary que me gustaría ver en batallas tal vez con habilidades relacionadas a sus funciones en las Land.

For now, I don't have the means to start and buy my own lands to be part of the Lands of Splinterlands, but if I can get some of these cards to keep as souvenirs (they might even be useful in battles, even if they're just simple cards to fill out equipment for funny moments), and who knows, maybe their price will increase over time, like what happened with the first editions of the cards, and I'll sell them to buy packs or lands. But for now, this shows that the Splinterlands team is still focused on the game and that they will bring us more content for everyone.

Yo por ahora, no tengo la capacidad de empezar y comprar mis terrenitos para ser parte de las Land de Splinterlands, pero que si puedo conseguir alguna de estas tarjetas para tenerlas de recuerdo (incluso pueden que les den utilidad en las batallas, aunque sean tarjetas sencillas para rellenar los equipo para momentos graciosos), y quien sabe, con el tiempo aumente su precio, como pasa con las primeras ediciones de las tarjetas, y venderlas para comprar packs o terrenos Lo hare. Pero mientras esto es muestra que el equipo de Splinterlands sigue enfocado en el juego y que nos traerán más contenido para todos.
